don't know i asked for written reasons and not an oral verdict as its better to process the words, so will hear in a month or so, the courts said it is because writing is published on the internet but in "mallon vs AECOM" I have published 43 articles so no longer care anymore. all you can do is tell the truth and let others decide whether they believe it. lawyers cost a fortune and makeup fairy tales, but some belief in these tales, and you can lose cases. I always just concentrate on the emails and ask people to read them at the time of the incident as this can only be more true than memory that fades over time
This has been a great help, got me as a subscriber. Well done on this series and thank you as before this I was completely lost, even after using ACAS and paying £100 to a lawyer for a consultation which left me even more confused than before the appointment. 😂😂
Hi there, regarding mentioning the cases you want the Tribunal to look at during the Hearing, would you have included those in your WS when submitting to the Rs, prior to the FH? Thank you. :)
Yes ideally but some cases regularly used as precedent reference are so commonly used they can just be mentioned and most of the room know what you mean
a star is born and you burn very bright! i have my final hearing today and watching all your does again
