After watching Coney's video yesterday, all I can hear is him saying YAHOO in the background
I'm surprised ESAM didn't say anything about the dash attack cancel reverse forward tilt at 9:05. Basically it allows Mario to keep the momentum/movement to the right from his dash attack while still attacking to the left, making Mario's forward tilt safe on shield in this case, despite it normally being punishable by Cloud's up special.
how do you do that?
I’ve done that on accident a couple of times and I’ve never known how
I don't think that's a dash attack cancel, that looks like just an ordinary pivot cancel, which sides Mario a decent bit.
Kurama was playing like he's the best player in the world. Seriously impressive stuff, first to take a game off of MkLeo and was quite close to beating him in winners. Hope to see him attend more big tournaments!

I beat Leo one time in a metafy lesson, doesn’t mean I was playing as “the best player in the world.” Let’s stop adding false, and frankly stupid narratives to tournaments.
