the system panel is gone in windows 11 and also this control panel applet was also removed in windows 8.1 so it wasn''t intended by microsoft for users to see their wei score in system in newer versions of windows
I use Windows 10 which still has system panel and I now use something that restores basically every removed control panel page and it also has options to add back the score to the system panel. Sorry, this was just an old comment.
