@@ToddBizCoach max trailer with is 102, i used 96" ply, which left 6" total, the molding on the windows, and metal corners come out about another inch on each side. I definitely would appreciate every inch but for our needs on this trailer we are good without the extra 2 inches. We measure in complete at 100 inches.

Why not make trailer maximum trailer width of 102” for added room?
for cost reasons I used the 8' measurement so basic 4x8 sheets of everything worked out.
@@bigbaldfooddude that’s penny wise and pound foolish. For two or more people to work in a food trailer maximum width is needed.
