Looks good been trying to decide what skin to use guess I'll copy!!👍
Might I ask where you found dark blue metal siding. I have searched high and low and cannot find it anywhere.
I have a question, I have a chassis that measures 8 inches wide and 27 feet long, is it possible to make a food trailer on that chassis?
Excuse me, my friend, I have a question: how did you get the title for a food trailer?

What is the name of this metal for the walls ? I will be building one myself , thank you
Did you ever finish how does it look?
I did finish it it looks great and works great. I'm going to try to do a walk-through video this week sometime I'll get it up
What size bed is this?
I ended up making it 8x 28
Useless video
What studs did you use?
Metal framing from home Depot but I did reinforce them
Where u can buy the supplies to do that ? Pls teach me
I bought most of the supplies from Home Depot. I tried to capture each day as I worked on it. Did you get a change to watch the rest of the videos.
Is this substantially cheaper than just buying a cargo trailer?
Well it allowed me to make it far larger and taller than cargo for that money
So how do you remove the marks once there made?
Press it again a bit harder. Lower heat
Very smart idea. Thank you!
thank you for watching. Did you see the rest of our videos
Eric.... I'm going through your series of videos, whilst I build my own 24 foot trailer... I'm using mostly the same materials you are, as per your advice. Thank you for your time, explanations, and advice! I'm sure there are things you would do a little differently, if you were to build another one, but that is the way we all do things! I will message from time to time, as I make progress with your video's and my build!
I would just put a bit more pitch on the roof. Some times when we are parked the streets pitch more than the roof.
Which side would you recommend the pitch be on? Serving window side or other side
Also I can't find a video explaining the roof. Is it basically just another wall?
Wow impressive!
Thank you
This is amazing work ❤. Really looking forward to seeing an update!!
Thank you
We’re did u buy the wheels from
ETrailer.com
Nice channel don’t give up I watched your food truck build it was epic thanks 🙏🏾
More to come!
thats a good idea for the ramps I took off my trailer lol
Yeah I had it leaning in my garage for quite a while with nothing to do with it. I debated making a large grill over some cinder blocks with it. Using it as the part to hold the fire not cooking on.
This thing is like a mini cabin
Pretty much
Just starting my food trailer build!
Good luck with it.
What O.c. did you do?
16"
Everything is holding up well. If I would do anything different on the trailer I would use the metal on the ceiling inside as well and pitch it another 3 inches. The reason why is we had some rain with high winds and it pushed some water up the pitch which dripped on the ceiling and changed the color a bit. A simple can of spray paint fixed it but if it was on metal it would not show any damage
@@bigbaldfooddude I might try a pitch 1/4 inch every foot. And then coat the roof with something. Thanks and you did an awesome build
I'm going to run a nice big bead of caulk creating a lip that I think will eliminate any water blowing back up and over the top side. As well as putting a beat of caulk across the entire underside on the low side so the water has to drip and will not blow back up in
What kind of plywood did you use. I think I might use marine grade 3/4 inch. But if you are doing a cheaper route I'd like to go your way
Hey Mark, due to the cost of plywood today if you have any extra exterior paint I would use typical tongue and groove 3/4" plywood but get it well coated. That way anything that splashes up on it will not seep into it.
looks good
They are absolutely amazing we are going to do some better quality videos of some food items shortly.
your hitch is to close
The hitch could be longer but I didn't build the frame. Making it wider makes it appear short but it operates fine trailers been in business over a year
your axles are wrong
What makes my axels wrong.
Metal gauge?
22
I tore the edges of the paper, but I still see the press marks. Did a second press, just like what you did, it really didn't go away. Experimented with the small cricket heat press , saw this from Stahl's video, thought was impressive till I tried it, not completely gone and took quite a while to get rid of the lines. What kind of Polyester shirt are you using. BTW, what pressure did you use on your first press n on your second. Thank you.
Sorry I'm just seeing this. I use a light pressure the first press then I tighten up just a little more for the next
A foam sanding block to soften the edges of paper works better than tearing
I will need to try it
@@bigbaldfooddude Also using a lighter weight paper helps
I'm going to have to try that
How is the flat roof with snow load rain etc?
Honestly, if doing it again I would increase the angle a few more inches. During one event it started pouring with winds and our line would not quit and the trailer wasn't exactly on level ground but since we couldn't pack up and roll out it took some water on the ceiling. Just a few water marks. I am going to work some things out during the winter
Where did you get the material from
We got the framing from home Depot and the metal from a roofing company. If Google metal roofing near me
Eric loved your entrepreneur statement. Definitely true.
Thank you. Believe it.
What is the metal. Stock you used called
It's metal roofing.
Which side of the wax paper do you put onto the shirt
Sorry parchment paper
Dude thank you so much!!to many blabbering mouths who try to complicate a simple explanation.. you Sir just got a new follower
Glad it helped!
Nice trailler
Thank you
What ever happened to this trailer ?
We are up and running with it under the name of Rollin Dough
Thank you for this tip... from Philippines
Glad it was helpful!
What type of framing you using.
Metal studs
What press is that???
Thanks for the tip going to try that…ps for the lint roll just roll it backwards so it doesn’t come off
What temp was your heat press at?
390
Thank you
Thanks so much for the tips.
Ahhhh where are the rest of the videos
They are posted up
How did you do a flat roof? Is there a incline? Can you list the materials and design please.
I have about a 4 inch pitch in the roof
