Hi, big fan of your RUclips channel! I’ve always wanted to reach out but found it tough to ask. I’m from Morocco and struggling to get a Merch by Amazon account. Could you please help me out? I’ve got the skills and passion for POD. Love your videos, man-they inspire me a lot!

@@zakaria-hari604 I'm so thankful you're here ❤️🥹 it means a lot! Hmm merch by Amazon can be kinda tough to start, would you ever consider your own website? I know some locations aren't able to sell through Amazon unfortunately

Hi Rebelmama! I have a question. Do you provide returns and exchanges on your print on demand apparel store? If yes, do you have the customers return the items to a 3PL facility in USA which they later discard or to the print provider? Also if you don’t offer return and exchanges and if a customer send a message that the t-shirt side doesn’t fit them, what to do in that case? I would really appreciate your response on this questions, thanks!

@@Om-gg5tk I do offer returns and exchanges ONLY if the product is delivered broken or damaged or completely mis-printed. I ask that my customers provide me with images as well.
If they do return items they return them to me they pay for shipping, sending them to my address, and if I can, I will resell them on Mercari, or I donate them. It's luckily only happened a few times, but I really think my supplier and products are good quality, as well as always shipped well. Sometimes I'll place random sample orders to just double check on everything. I also don't offer items that can break easily. ❤️ Hope this helps!
