Is there a way you can check, (other than on the design websites you mentioned) is not copyrighted or allowed to be printed on a shirt, (besides making my own design obviously).
@@blank.9301 to check for copyrights and trademarks you'll need to go to their .gov websites. There you can search the database of registered text, images, etc

Great video, I have an Etsy question.. I am planning to open an apparel store for Dog lovers wherein I will be putting designs for Top 19 Top dog breeds in U.S.A and the 20th section would be dedicated to other dog breeds.. Now my question is that Should I only put 1 product that is t-shirts on my store OR Should I rather have 2-3 products (t-shirts, mugs, blankets) under each dog breed section to give the customer more buying options and thereby also increase my Average Order Value? I would appreciate your response, thanks!

Some creators says don’t focus on niches like the dog niche that are saturated whereas some creators say focus on this big niches because it means they have demand and hence you can stand out in that niche with a unique designs as you will always have a steady stream of buyers.I would appreciate your thoughts on this, thanks!
@@Om-gg5tk I agree with finding a high demand niche, but creating unique, practical and problem solving products. Niche down and find your aesthetic within your niche. But evergreen niches, like pets, weddings, babies are ALWAYS a good place to start, make money and build a pod shop 😊❤️

@@Shahisraelkhannibir it depends on a lot of things, your niche, your products, your designs, your marketing. Creating and selling patterns is one of my favorite digital products to sell 😊

@@Shahisraelkhannibir I appreciate that, I'm definitely not a pro, but I'm not just spewing bs, I've been in the space for about 4 years now and genuinely like to teach others, what I wish I had when I was just starting. First thing, find a niche, an evergreen niche, like pets, weddings, babies, fitness, travel And research the sh*t out of that niche. What they like, what the need, what they're already buying, and make it your own, market with samples, build a social media presence, progress and baby goals ❤️

I’ve personally only downloaded one brush pack (watercolor max pack) so I can only attest to how that went, though I’d assume most packs are at least pretty similar. I bought the pack and got sent an email with a link to a webpage with the download link for both the brushes and the two watercolor paper textures. This was about two years ago so I don’t remember which of these I did next, but I either opened the email on my iPad and downloaded the pack directly to my iPad or I opened it on my laptop, downloaded it there, then airdropped it to my iPad. After that I probably imported it to procreate by opening the brush menu, selecting the “+” button to make a new brush, then pressed the import button to open my files and select the brushes in the brush pack. There are also a lot of tutorials online if this wasn’t enough info!

So do you know of any sites where you can bulk buy with custom designs? I want to print, order bulk (at discount) and sell to the customers.
@@LotusMoonTarot a lot of pod sites offer bulk discounts, though I'd say your best best and most cost effective is to check out local printers
@@rebelmama93 I want to be the “printer” basically. We live in a Rural area with not many options. I have worked at print shops before and they usually have companies they outsource from China. I want to cut out the middle man and offer custom products. Eventually I will find something
@@LotusMoonTarot then your best bet would be to get bulk shirts/apparel. I've used bulk threads.com and if you want to print the shirts too, you would have to buy dtf (direct to film) transfers. Some websites have premade designs that you can order, as well as the option to put your own designs on a gang sheet to then cut out yourself. These would then have to be made with a heat press. ❤️ It's def more cost efficient and then you're able to truly create a personalized purchase, gift wrapping, etc ❤️

Great video, I have a quick question..If I am opening a brand new POD apparel store on Etsy this month, should i focus on only 1 niche and 1 product type (t-shirts) OR Should I focus on multiple niche (10+) and multiple product types within the same category (like sweatshirts, hoodies, tank tops, t-shirts, hats)?
@@Om-gg5tk if you're just going to be offering tshirts, I'd do multiple niches. Top trending/evergreen like military, pets, weddings, babies. Or stick with one key niche and offer various practical products ie, hooded blankets, can coozies, for football mom niche. Or monogram blankets, matching mommy and baby swaddle and hospital robe sets for the baby/newborn niche. hi did you find the white print well on the dark fabric? I've got a uk seller as I'm in the uk only 1 uk seller on printify but their light prints on dark colour clothes is horrible on printify.
@@Ryoko007 this turned out way better than I thought it would! Very bright! Embroidered designs are also a great way to make sure your light colors pop on dark material. ❤️

I'm sorry I didn't link it in the description 😅 There's free filters you can use online, Photoshop filters and Canva offers filers and apps you can put your pictures into as well. Creative Factory is good for inspiration! Anyway, those designs are still used by other merchants. For creativity, I would use a tablet, just like you....Samsung Tab or a Apple Tab ( year of manufacture 2019-2020....you don't need a new one)😉
My iPad was the older version, but it will eventually need to be updated, just how apple makes their products nowadays 🥲
Photo night lights, photo light frames, pull-out photo boxes are some great products for wedding niches. Highly recommend!

@@danielmdc9 it really depends on the platform you want your shop on, and the designs you use, as well as mockups created or samples bought and how you market your shop. All in on the low end I'd say anywhere from $25-$100 but again that depends on a lot of things.
Ever looked at using customily or teeinblue? Customers can personlize a product and you can link it straight to printify

Hi little one! 😊 Just a quick tip...i hope its help I saw here your links, and these links are in the wrong place......they dont drive trafic....😢 I mean, should not be added to the channel description. Because they automatically become inactive. So it complicates the process for new customers, plus you lose a lot on the SEO link building side. Go to RUclips studio, and look for links....on Android it's on the top left, click on the channel logo, and you'll go directly to the links. There you add the website and other pages separately You really have a cool website! I love how you built it!❤
