I think the biggest reference is when the Gokaigers referred to their keys as “Ranger Keys.” A clear callback to their American counterpart as the Super Sentai have never referred to themselves as “Rangers.” Edit: I forgot that a lot of the Super Sentai had “Ranger” in their team names such as “GaoRanger” or “GekiRanger.” But still I feel like the “Ranger Key” name still pays some sort of tribute to Power Rangers.
