- Two months ago I told Dave how it was a dream of mine to have an event overseas. The Drift Games team helped make the idea a reality - and this Ireland event was the result!
Beyond thankful for all the Mondello Park and Drift Games staff, drivers, and spectators that made this event one of the most special days of all time!

The amount of clutch kicks the s15 sees in one battle is nuts
some of em are to let the rear wheels find some grip and then staying in power like antilag with your foot then you let the clutch back out and ur right on power again. really good technique for high power or low grip setups. in this case wet course high powa so lil bit of both

This has to be a yearly thing now. What a incredible successful event. Ireland car scene is unreal and I had no idea. Unbelievable.

I don't care a thing about drifting, but as a fan of car culture, I'm stoked that the event went off so well. Tip of the hat to Dave & crew as well as the whole Irish car scene. What a time!

@@ThatsQuacktastic The competition part? What series are you following? FD i can understand, they drag out the show sooo much and have pretty bad/boring ruling. DMEC in my opinion is much better, faster paced and A LOT more proximity when you get to the "top" drivers. Been following DMEC every round and FD whenever i have time, me and those i drive with all think the euopean series is miles better
Well that settles it, you're gonna have to pack up the shop and move the crew to Ireland!
I know FD is your thing but holy shit I've never seen such an incredible drifting event. Better racing than anything FD has ever produced, gives proper Japan/NZ/Aus vibes with everyone just fuckin' sending it right on the limit from the start. Beautiful to see
Drift Masters in Europe is waaaaaay better than FD. These announcers are top notch, the on screen graphics are phenomenal, the driving is WILD...
FD has become a commercialized smoke show. It’s unfortunate but there is no doubt that this event blows FD out! Edge of my seat the whole time just loving the whole vibe and driving.
The issue with FD is there are going for perfection. If they would loosen scoring they would create a better show.

The angle they use is insane. Poland aswell with Pioter. It's crazy how fast and hard they flick those cars and still keep it perfectly off the wall.

Honestly the way he holds the camera is special and makes this all watchable... I've tried watching some of the other dudes' videos like Luke Fink, and his camera work is so Shakey that it's unwatchable for me and hurts my eyes to even try.

These guys are changing drift event standards permanently for them to pull this off in Ireland and then go way above what anyone there has seen??!! Trust me they’re worth a sub, they are always like this 100%!
I'm very impressed by the build quality of these Irish cars. The show cars and drift cars are done right and all look amazing especially those white s15's!
You have to remember it rains for most of the year in Ireland so you have nothing to do other than build and perfect your car.

As much as I would love that it really does belong in some sort of museum kept exactly the way it is. Sounds corny but someday our grandchildrens grandchildren need to see this to keep all that we've worked for alive

I've been going to Mondello for about 15 years now, this was the biggest event by far. So cool to see so many drivers and fans come from overseas to little old Ireland. Hope to see you all next year , good luck in FD.

@@walkerhendricks4533 the Mustang would drive circles around that S15 with equal drivers. Completely different machine. Pro FD cars are set up more like dragsters these days with the amount of grip they make
@16.40 is the most satisfying drift run and smoothest camera work have ever seen! Shout out to the camera man and of course James Dean for the outstanding skills behind the wheel

@@LFCEVO24 How do You imagine him making content on this scale without making money? It wouldn’t be possible. It’s not like he has become a sellout, he delivers videos like he always has been. For the people who wanted to experience the day itself in Ireland but couldn’t make it - there was a live stream. This video didn’t come out even a week after the event, I don’t know what you are on about. The amount of time invested in filming and editing everything for the production value to be this good is unreal.
@@LFCEVO24 you say he has people filming and editing for him. Well guess what. That’s mikes fault vlogs aren’t coming out. The beginning of the trip when it was only Adam filming and editing, the vlogs were coming out everyday.
The quality of the vlogs are 10 times better when Mike is editing them , they have a life too and they’re in a different country probably enjoying themselves not worrying about your comments and he needs to get money for this sort of stuff to produce more content for us and pay his staff. it’s not like he doesn’t put a lot of it into a new car or project or even improvements on the compound for better content , so what if it takes 3 days to release a video , you got a 47minute video that’s all been edited….be greatful

Was insane making the drive form the U.K. to see it, and insane to see the level of cars in show and the level of the drivers in the comp, and to top it off meeting a handful of my favourite RUclipsrs at the same time. Unreal show, hopefully to be done again next year!

This event is quite probably the best idea to come from content creators EVER. the Irish lads are built different, the cars are insane, the level of driving was mint! Watching them barrel into that first entry is mental! What a thing indeed.

What an awesome event and really proud to see this becoming a reality! Look at what you and the Drift Games crew have set up.. really brought the community together and put up a high quality event. Couldn't make it this time from Belgium, but I'll be present on the next Euro event! Also props to Mike for putting out such a high quality montage in such a short amount of time.

First off AMAZING video.. After seeing no joke every single video Adam has ever put out from the very beginning before his first two channels this is the best video he's ever done that Mike's put together. Watched every minute of it and never got bored.

I'm not a drifter and probably never will be, but as a UK car enthusiast the existence of this festival brings me so much joy! It's so sick that you decided to bring it to Ireland, the country with arguably the biggest drift scene relative to population size.
Love your positive vibes, and how you constantly strive to excel at new things (bmx, drifting, and now literally putting on your own show across the Atlantic).
