Ironically, RyanAir is the safest Airline with *0 Crashes!* They have more than 400 Aircrafts (All of them Boeing 737) but had no major incidents. Travelling is just a few hours of time and I think we should adjust ourselves with that. Don't expect much from RyanAir, you get what you pay for. I think, people really don't care about what type of Airline they fly, they just care about low fares and on time flight and Ryanair does it. *It's just in Social Media where people overreact over this Airline.* By the way, if you had atleast a yesr of experience in travelling in Indian Trains then you are capable of travelling in any kind of situation and condition.
I don't understand why people have such high expectation from a low fare airline, firstly they are so dirty as the planes fly constantly with no breaks, also that is the old cabin which is alot smaller however the new cabins are alot bigger and provide better leg room.
I fly with Ryanair regularly. I know what to expect. Never had a problem, to me, its like taking a bus! No frills, no luxury, it gets me from A to B. 😊
I’m booked on a Ryanair flight to attend my sister’s wedding in Europe in August. My colleague‘s comment when they heard which airline I chose: „oh, so you’re not very close to your sister then, are you?“ 🙈🤷🏼♀️😂
EcSight Games I take exception to that I’ve got no issues at all indeed I took a Ryanair flight to Brindisi then got a mini cab to beautiful walled city of Lecce with paying a cheap, price for my air fare I got a 4star hotel and ate out in great ristorante. To me a flight just needs to be a safe flying bus and that’s all I want in Europe. Flying even the best planes is no help to me as I hate flying and Turbulance so no plane is gonna change that, Ryanair have 100% safety record that’s all I care about. I will be flying Emirates but it’s going to be a different sort of trip I could not call Dubai cultural in anyway like beautiful Italian city with so much history. I just fancy getting on that beautiful big Airbus 380. before she retires Direct from Manchester where I live . I won’t be sticking up for Ryanair once the Max fix starts flying as I will not be getting on that death trap so low cost for me in Europe will be Easyjet going forward✈️🇬🇧👨✈️🍀👩✈️🇺🇸
“Ultimately, the only way to fly Ryanair and not want to die is not to fly Ryanair.” But I’m sat in the Departures Lounge at Stansted waiting for a Ryanair flight to Dublin. Simon cries in to his over priced beer .....
Overpriced beer?! They only charge 5€ for a beer on board. Their food prices are much lower than others as well. 10€ for a full meal on a 2 hours non-stop flight that only cost 50€ to begin with? Stop hating!
I don't understand why people hate Ryanair. You get what you paid for ! You expect a La Carte menu on a 10$ flight ? For the price what they offer is not terrible at all
@Steamzy Roblox: on average I paid around 13€ each for my Ryanair-flights and I had 15 flights with them and one more coming up. The cheapest flight I got for only 5€, the most expensive was 43€.
@lukealucard what old airplanes? Ryanair’s fleet is very young, on average around 5 years. I think their oldest planes are like 15 years old. Compared to that I just had a Lufthansa flight last week, on a 30 year old A320.
I honestly don‘t think Ryanair is that bad. I’ve payed a lot more for the same legroom/aircraft/service.. plus: the flights I‘ve taken with them (about 15) have never been delayed
We agree. We fly Ryanair regularly between the U.K. and Gran Canaria, a 3.5 to 4 hour flight depending on routing and weather. It is a budget airline and its price structure reflects this. Our flights have always been on time or on some occasions arrival has been earlier than advertised. The cabin crew work hard for their wages but we have always found them to be polite and helpful. People give Ryanair a hard time but we have no complaints.
Ryanair and other low cost airlines are great if you want to save cost and enable choices. Like luggage, food etc. But personally I like to have as much as possible included whenever I can. So I try to fly with full service carriers, and preferably in economy plus or business. It makes the trip a whole lot more fun and pleasant. That said I do fly low cost from time to time. On short domestic flights
I just flew Ryanair today and it was awesome! Boarding was fast, crew was very friendly, captain landed smoothly in insane crosswinds and I easily made a 50 minute connection with a terminal change.. Not to mention the legroom was excellent as was the pricing and quality for an intereurope flight.
Dan: Hey boys do you want to come on a flight with me? Johannes & Sean: OMFG Yesssssss! Is it Emirates, is it Qatar, is it Cathay?!?!?!!??!?! Dan: It's a surprise Johannes & Sean: Okay, omg this is gonna be so amazing ((( Gets to airport, finds out it's Ryanair))) Johannes & Sean: I don't even know why we're still friends!
Last week I was landing in the storm with Ryanair, in Luton, we were going left right up down and Ryanair handled it well, landed hard but was safest approach in those winds l, I think Ryanair is alright, they just do what there motto sais. Low Fairs, Made Simple.
ARC Aviation That’s because the passengers didn’t pay for clean flaps, so they got what they paid for, so they have to put up with the visual irritations..
Personally, I would choose Ryanair over other airlines! They don’t have the most comfortable seats or the most luxurious services, BUT for a 2,5hr flight (or maybe less), I’d definitely prefer cheaper FR tickets 👍🏼
They are not cheaper only their " under conditions" tickets are cheaper but you have to fullfill a lot of conditions but I acknowledge the computer savvy millennials love to delve into their fine print so as to get bargains.
Hey Dan, long time lurker, first time commenter! 👀 I always fly Ryanair from Ireland, especially when I'm travelling solo. My biggest tip is to ALWAYS book your seat! The toilet thing is also true and I do that myself! My biggest peeve with Ryanair is that they don't say "Please remain seated until the cabin doors open" as EVERYONE stands up in the cabin when the stairs hasn't even been placed at the doors. It annoys me SO much 🤣🤣
Guys Ryanair as we all know is often the cheapest way to move around Europe, especially with hand luggage only. I often happened to pay 9-12€ for a 2h flight. Can it be compared to best world carriers? No. Can it be compared to European national airlines? No. It’s just the way to move from one point to another on the lowest fare available. Is it a good airline? No. Is it a successful low cost carrier? It is, because that’s their mission, shortest stay on the ground, maximum hrs in the air and full occupation. We cannot expect 5 star service paying minimum fees, that’s it!
I've always had good experiences with Ryanair. Sure, bad legroom, but they aren't even the worst airline on that front. Super cheap flights, Europe-wide network, friendly staff, never had a rough landing. As long as you pay attention to their regulations to avoid extra fees, it's a great airline.
I flew with Ryan more than 60 times and never had any issues. Calm down guys, you pay 30 quid to fly.... for that money I would be standing all trip...
I have to say a few month ago I flew Ryanair out of FRA, and I was surprised we borded via jetbridge and the Aircraft had the new interiour with slim seats, so even Myself with 1,90 could easily sit in them!
A month ago I had my first flight ever. I chose Ryanair cause it was the cheapest option. For a 2 hours flight, it wasn't that bad. Yes, they didn't offer us anything for free, yes it wasn't "fancy" but for 2 hours it was good enough. My 2nd option costed the triple amount of money so no thank you, Ryanair is good enough
I guess if you have only a small cabin bag and don't mind a costly , lenghty transfer to an " airport" in the boons it's good enough.I believe that airline is Taylor made for the millennials and students on weekend city-hopping but substandard as far as the general public is concerned.
Realistically get a window seat if it's a flight you in anyway want to sleep on, get a neck pillow and prop yourself up against the side of the plane like you're a manoquen. Download movies and TV shows onto your phone. Get food and water at duty free, because its cheaper than on the plane. Above all remember your flight is 9.99€ return, is a glorafied bus in the sky and you aren't flying Ryanair for the journey it's for the destination.
The part with the storm was hilarious and made me think of what that British aviation specialist guy said in the AF447 documentary: „If there’s a storm ahead of you, you turn right or left AND FLY AROUND IT, it’s NOT difficult stuff“ 😂 Except when ur on Ryanair flight, then u fly right into it LOL 😂
I've done 5 returns to Spain, and 1 to Cyprus and NEVER had a problem. I am also 6"1" and even though the legroom is not great I'm fine on around a 2 hours flight. One thing I do is take my own snacks as onboard food is not great and expensive, but I do buy a tea or coffee at around £2 but buy a bottle of water at the airport to take with me. I also only a take a 10kg hand luggage and a small rucksack to save on bag costs. If you can go from small airports like my local Bournemouth as super quiet and so easier to get too and from the plane!
Cyprus two Hours thats a joke almost four Hours. and without an exclusive meal in in BAs club europe no way for me to travel plus champagne..spain three Hours depending
I always question how important doing required maintenance checks (A, B, C, D checks) are to a company such as Ryanair. When I see the filth which covers the flaps and flight controls, caution flags go up for me. The reason that dirt and such is clinging to those surfaces, is due to a layer of oil (hydraulic fluid in this case) seeping from the actuators. If seepage is not addressed properly, then they turn into running leaks = failed seals, loss of hydraulic fluid, resulting in loss of the actuating device. The last thing to cheap out on with any airline, is proper and thorough maintenance. Most PAX don't even give this a consideration when they fly. They just want to get there....
That would be interesting how the travel insurance reacts. They will not cover Max Fix you can be sure they wiggle out of paying for any reason indeed👩✈️✈️👨✈️🇬🇧🍀💗
I used to fly RyanAir a lot back when they operated out of Gothenburg Säve airport but that airport discontinued commercial flights due to “environmental reasons”, which translates roughly as “rich pricks in an expensive rural area not wanting to hear airplane noises in their neighborhood and having the money/power to stop the flights.”
If you want a seat next to each other you can just swap the seat with another passenger, or change yours after take off and sit next to each other, let's be honest, the crew does not care about your seat and will be happy to help you sit next to your friends. Plus, if you want some more leg room for free, you can move to row 1abc or 2 def after takeoff and enjoy :)
I've never seen a Ryanair plane boarding people with a jetway. Ryanair, while uncomfortable, is perfectly bearable for small trips (like Milan to Dublin). If me and my 150 kilos can endure the flight and the seats, so can most other people. I've flown at least 7 times with Ryanair and never had a single problem. Clearly you need to understand you're travelling with a low-cost company that flies non-stop during the day and cleans up the inside of the aircraft once a day. If you don't want to spend €2.50 for a bottle of water on board, and €5 for a sandwich, just buy one before boarding.
Bellissimo Marco I just came back from Brindisi went to beautiful walled city of Lecce. Awesome trip indeed flight. Ok just what I paid for No frills as they acknowledge. buona Giornata. I love Italy🍀🇬🇧👨✈️✈️👩✈️🇺🇸💗
Air travel is like anything you buy. Price correlates with how much value the public (buyers) assign to it. Taking friends on vacation, ya you made the right choice.
I am soooooooooo going to fly Easyjet from now on - if you're gonna splash the cash for a better experience , then Easyjet might just work out cheaper anyway
I’m too poor to fly with anyone else. I get priority boarding, but Ryanair isn’t all bad. Gets you from A to B. The longest journey I’ve done with them is 2 hours though, which is why it was bearable, because I’m quite patient and i had movies on my iPad.
Ryanair is what it is. But thanks to them I did fly safely into many destinations for really good prices. Always I had friendly staff and clean plane( including toilets). 🙂
@@elaineblackhurst1509 Exactly. It's like buying a entry level sub brand car and expecting electric windows, leather seats, alloys wheels, air con, 8 airbags and a 200HP engine.
Those are not even in the company yet. 737-max when it is getting reintroduced is gonna be the most scruitenized plane in the world. I presume you wouldn't fly dreamliner because of sudden battery fire. Or no A380 because of cracks in the wings. Or 777 because of sudden loss of thrust in both engines.... Well, you get my point... About the max to 8200 designation: Fake news. Ryanair never shows the name of the plane on the side of their aircraft. Only the registration and big Ryanair letters. Second thing. In the Ryanair manuals it was from the beginning already designated as -8200.
I might have to fly EasyJet soon - only airline going to the destination I need to be at. Maybe a video on them as well? Survival tips? Thanks as always!
I have found easyJet to actually be one of the better low cost carriers. Just don't expect too much but they have been better than some British Airways flights recently.
If u read the T's and C's u know what your getting deal with it ... they provide the service they advertise .. be it good or not their still flying so either deal with it or fly elsewhere.. I enjoy easyjet for cheap and cheerful personally however Ryanair do put out what they advertise so what can u say ? They don't Claim to be the etihad residence ..
I fly Ryanair. They are cheap and there are no frills. However for a quick flight from Edinburgh to many European cities they provide excellent value for money. Touch wood, in many years of flying I have had no major delays with the airline nor have they lost my luggage. Give them a break, Dan, your business and first class lifestyle is distancing you from reality and how most people choose to fly.
This “provide excellent value” is a bit hm-hm. They don’t provide anything, they’re often more expensive than if I flew with LH! LH provides value for money.
George Fraser i totally agree it’s time people realise Ryanair themselves say their no frills. If JD just wants to fly business and posh planes he’s not giving his subscribers that are educated a proper balanced picture of all Airlines which is what he said he would do. What does it matter seat colours good grief if your plane ticket to Italy in my case was less than a train ticket to London from Manchester. The one thing I go for is 100% safety record and Ryanair has it. I will not be flying it’s newly named 737 8200 Max ever though so it’s probably EasyJet for me going forward🇺🇸🍀🇬🇧👨✈️✈️👩✈️💗
Elaine Blackhurst The problem is, when their plane ticket costs more than a train trip from Manchester to London, even then they give the same s..t service like if they had a €5 ticket!
Their not as bad as the people who have never been on them say I kinda think they like their bad boy image everyone is talking about them now that is a business strategy haha🍀🇬🇧👨✈️💗🇺🇸
I prefer the isle seat. I need to keep getting up during flights - especially long hall flights. So I WANT to be in an isle seat. I don’t care about people walking past me. So I’m happy in the isle. Middle seat I hate the most being squished between 2 people.
Where is Oskar in all this? He wasn't invited to join you? Never have flown Ryanair--I'm guessing the closest we have here in the US is Spirit where nothing is free, even a cup of water! Don't know what the currency in Prague is(euro?)but 100 USD/night split 3 ways sounds cheap. What plans did the 3 of you have in that city?
Hi, I have a question. Their new baggage rules for handbagge is 40x20x25. This fits no normal backpack. How strict are they? Do they accept normal backpacks which are bigger but fits under the seat? Pls answer, will fly with the yellow devil soon :D :D :D
@@rachaelegan6647 i was pleasantly surprised that i got an exit row seat randomly assigned to me on both the outbound and return journey. Not bad experience at all
I worked there three years. Was very attentive to passengers. Even the rough ones liked me because to me every passenger was a passenger. But Ryanair bullied staff and were so racist to me
Actually Dan with their new slimline seat and sky cabin interior with moodlighting they are pretty decent and i can tell you they have a hell of a lot better legroom than BA economy in Europe..If you haven't tried BA on short-haul just do it and you'll see how low-cost they have gone!
It's a reasonably cheap service. What do you expect? Yes the extras help for saving time such as priority boarding and carry on baggage if travelling for an extended time. The over sensationalism is a bit much to be honest. It's a budget airline and they give you what you ask for, which is allowing the masses the ability to fly for a cheap price. They also have a good safety record with 0 fatalities. I've gone away around Europe for a cheap price and the money I saved whilst flying was ultimately spent as spending money whilst abroad.
Repaying friends for years of friendship by taking them on Ryan Air. This is tip #1. No amount of suffering is too great if you know your friends have to suffer too :P
Everyone talks about how bad Ryanair is but I fly Ryanair all the time and I think it is a good airline with good value. Of course things will be expensive if you have extras but otherwise they wouldn’t be able to operate the flight if they didn’t charge more.
For sure Ryanair is not the best. They have a lot to improve. But not everybody has money to fly on Emirates First Class so at least thanks to low cost airlines they can have access to the world. Apart from this I have to say that people should read terms and cond to avoid paying xtra when flying a low cost airline. And also I see this video very disrespectful for ryanair pilots and crew

Ryanair is exactly like a bus, in that it has about five seats that I can tolerate sitting in.

Honestly buses are nicer than the average low cost airline 😂
These tips are basically :spend money.
But that's opposite of the the reason people fly Ryanair.. Because they don't have money..

That would be interesting how the travel insurance reacts. They will not cover Max Fix you can be sure they wiggle out of paying for any reason indeed👩✈️✈️👨✈️🇬🇧🍀💗
YIGIT Animations as far as we know with Max still showing problems CAA. Have deinately not certified Max yet and hopefully never🍀🇬🇧👨✈️✈️👩✈️🇺🇸
I agree it’s an absolute disgrace. I will never fly Ryanair I don’t care how cheap the flights are. I hope the Boeing Max never flies again.
Surely Boeing’s fault and not Ryanair’s?
@@mariaboyle9920 Ryanair chose to rename...
Dont @ me but i think ryanair is good like theres nothing wrong with it in my opinion
Exactly. You get what more than what you paid for i would even say. €10 for a flight is incredible
Ok just what I paid for
No frills as they acknowledge. buona Giornata. I love Italy🍀🇬🇧👨✈️✈️👩✈️🇺🇸💗
That's very ikea colours & cute 😍😂
Your title of video should be how to travel with Ryan Air without dying😂😂
Friends don’t let friends fly Ryanair
Ryanair: yeah we do overruns al the time
The last time I was this early, the dinosaurs were still alive. Love your channel!
Ryanair humour is so amazing it gets me all tearful.
Air travel is like anything you buy. Price correlates with how much value the public (buyers) assign to it. Taking friends on vacation, ya you made the right choice.
Just wanted to say I love these videos and I’m your biggest fan.... ur the best RUclipsr ever! Keep it up 😊❤️
I am soooooooooo going to fly Easyjet from now on - if you're gonna splash the cash for a better experience , then Easyjet might just work out cheaper anyway
There’s only one way to survive with RyanAir....
To not book a flight with them.
why?
thank god they don’t book domestic flights in turkey, if they did, my mom would make us fly that shit, at least pegasus is better than ryanair
I’m too poor to fly with anyone else. I get priority boarding, but Ryanair isn’t all bad. Gets you from A to B. The longest journey I’ve done with them is 2 hours though, which is why it was bearable, because I’m quite patient and i had movies on my iPad.
I want to see the hard landing of Ryanair but this plane land so smooth HEHE
yeah, when i saw the landing, i thought “where tf is the bumpy landing?”
Ryanair is what it is. But thanks to them I did fly safely into many destinations for really good prices. Always I had friendly staff and clean plane( including toilets). 🙂
When I saw the title I was like “lol”
People criticise Ryanair. but they're the only airline in europe with the most european routes.
But this fact doesn’t make them good!
@@gabornagy3888 They're cheap, punctual, safe. What else do people expect?
I expect customer care, proper service etc.
Gabor Nagy What do you want for the price of less than a train ticket. They have 100%. Safety record that’s all I want🍀🇬🇧👨✈️✈️👩✈️💗
@@elaineblackhurst1509 Exactly. It's like buying a entry level sub brand car and expecting electric windows, leather seats, alloys wheels, air con, 8 airbags and a 200HP engine.
No way would I ever fly Ryanair. Biggest reason: Boeing 737-8200. Need I say more?
Mostly because they're grounded?
Those are not even in the company yet. 737-max when it is getting reintroduced is gonna be the most scruitenized plane in the world.
I presume you wouldn't fly dreamliner because of sudden battery fire.
Or no A380 because of cracks in the wings.
Or 777 because of sudden loss of thrust in both engines.... Well, you get my point...
About the max to 8200 designation:
Fake news. Ryanair never shows the name of the plane on the side of their aircraft. Only the registration and big Ryanair letters.
Second thing. In the Ryanair manuals it was from the beginning already designated as -8200.
Another great video!! Excellent job!! I absolutely avoid Ryan Air and have been lucky so far!!
Ahhhhhh I needed this laugh today. Great video, as always. 😄
Which is more safer parachuting before landings or just land with the pilot
I might have to fly EasyJet soon - only airline going to the destination I need to be at. Maybe a video on them as well? Survival tips? Thanks as always!
No survival tips needed just get on the plane and I’ll guarantee you get safely to your destination 🍀👨✈️🇬🇧✈️👩✈️💗
If you want a smooth landing it will cost $10 each
I fly Ryanair.
Elaine Blackhurst The problem is, when their plane ticket costs more than a train trip from Manchester to London, even then they give the same s..t service like if they had a €5 ticket!
lh is so much better and sometimes cheaper than cattleairlines@@gabornagy3888
I fly with ryan air alot from manchester to eindhoven and it is no way as bad as you make out
Yeah, you can't speak for someone else's experience. Sit down somewhere.😒
I took Ryanair from Oslo to Kos. That took 4 hours and it hurt..
It gets you from a to b and it’s an airline for people with not a lot of money so it will do
Charlotte Pollard yeah but you might break your leg while landing
Have flown ryanair its not that bad
This has truly turned into the Dan Show
Any problem with that👨✈️🍀✈️🇬🇧🇺🇸👩✈️
you're also describing Spirit Air and Southwest, United not much better, would you fly Norwegian air instead?
Ryanair gave me a whole row for free cuz I didn’t book a seat back to your hometown gothenburg from london :)
The more u want to suffer the more u save 😂🤣😂💰
the ONLY way to survive Ryanair is BRACE FOR IMPACT
Omg Dan I love when you make funny videos
Hi, I have a question. Their new baggage rules for handbagge is 40x20x25. This fits no normal backpack. How strict are they? Do they accept normal backpacks which are bigger but fits under the seat? Pls answer, will fly with the yellow devil soon :D :D :D
I'm flying Ryanair for the first time on Tuesday. Wish me luck
Louie R it’s actually not that bad
Louie R it’s actually not that bad
It's not that bad. Is it a luxurious experience? No, but for a one or two hour flight, it's perfectly fine.
@@rachaelegan6647 i was pleasantly surprised that i got an exit row seat randomly assigned to me on both the outbound and return journey. Not bad experience at all
@@vegasgirl3538 I was pleasantly surprised
awesome video dude, is there wifi on-board (I don't mean free, of course I will pay)?
Best video title ever
Other airlines: Thank you for choosing us and we hope to see you s-
Ryanair: Get out
I worked there three years.
First
I just came back from planespotting, and I saw a few ryanair planes
You were 15th
Yeas and they actually landed unlike Max 🍀🇬🇧👨✈️✈️
I almost died flying from Dublin to London. I have to fly from Dublin to Marrakech IDK how I'm gonna survive.
Here, with prices like €12.50 Dublin Amsterdam. You can't beat that price.
Does Ryanair charge you extra for filming on their planes, or is that priveledge complimentary??
I think OLeary will be after him oh dear 👩✈️🇬🇧🍀👨✈️✈️🇺🇸💗
Repaying friends for years of friendship by taking them on Ryan Air. This is tip #1. No amount of suffering is too great if you know your friends have to suffer too :P
Heyy I just noticed that at the begginning there is blue winglets, and later on I can see them white. Is it the same trip? :D
You should try Lion Air mate 😂
wkwkwk
lord save money in pandemic
I had to send this to my bro because he was on Ryanair the exact time he was gonna come back to endland
This video has costed you one subscriber congratulations
Brilliant as ever Dan
Bro I travelled with Ryanair to 12 countries it's very normal the crew is good the plane is clean I didn't had any problems
Everyone talks about how bad Ryanair is but I fly Ryanair all the time and I think it is a good airline with good value. Of course things will be expensive if you have extras but otherwise they wouldn’t be able to operate the flight if they didn’t charge more.
My sentiments indeed🇬🇧🍀👨✈️✈️🇺🇸👩✈️
"How to survive ryanair flight"
Don't fly with them, as easy as that
For sure Ryanair is not the best.
Literally three days after I flew that same plane (EI-FIS) from Riga to Prague
Going headfirst into that storm is the most hilarious thing I've seen on this channel.
