Hey there! Thanks for the review!! One tip i found for the rear sight screw to not fall out is putting a little oring on the bottom of the threads (screw) and it prevent to come loose...
Hi knuckles! First of thanks for bringing those videos, good quality, fantastic explanation, to sum up amazing content. I'm having problems with the aluminum nozzle and the spring nozzle, (UAC and cow cow 180%), when the hi capa is clear and has no magazine, the nozzle runs as it should, but when i introduce the mag it get stuked like in the min 12:37, it does not feed the first bb, but if I press it like you do, downwards it will shoot normal the rest of bbs, could you help me to solve that issue? thanks a lot!
ah yea that is normal, the bbs put pressure onto the loading nozzle causing it to get stuck. if your gun functions just fine there is no problem. to help reduce that issue but just remember its normal depending on the setup (some mags can have weaker springs, not be as aggressive or lower point of contact etc), always make sure the area is clean in the bbu, lubed etc and it can move freely.
I was going to ask the same question. I have one mag that does that to two of my hi-capas. Do you think cutting the spring in the mag a little would help?
hi knucklesGSM, general question. I was wondering why the nozzle is pulled back with a spring? why don't they just use a screw to stick it to the blowback unit so it stays at the back of the slide. Is it for airseal that is stays in the hopup bucking for a fraction of a second when firing and when the slide starts moving backwards? Thanks!
Good video! You weren't talking about Cowcow's reasons for the holes in the piston. I'd guess they should route the gas pressure to press the o-ring towards the nozzle (like in most AEGs or the Nine Ball piston head). For a better sealing instead of reducing even more weight. Would be interesting if it really makes a difference...
Ah yea that concept has been around for so long that I don't even bother mentioning but you are right, especially if someone new watches it I should mention it. Thanks for bringing that up, sometimes I forget that I once started new since its been so long lol
KnucklesGSM Haha, I get your point. And what do you think about this concept? Is it worth it? Or are the standard ones just as good? Unfortunately I had never the chance to hold one of these in my hands.
oh man, there is so much to the whole oring vs cup thing that i could write a paragraph. i am no hydraulic engineer but i wanted to learn about it and researched it years ago as nineball introduced that air intake hole system awhile back. i think the biggest reason why i really push the oring/lightweight bbu is because its easier for everyone to maintain and its lightweight. the orings are easy to replace, easily adaptable to multiple loading nozzles and lightweight helps as well. those main features are why i tend to push them not really the whole air intake system etc, i feel its less of a headache for people. for my high fps builds i tend to run cup as that provides a better seal i think due to its design/purpose but i'll stop here lol too much has already been written.
Any update? I just installed one, seems kinda weird. I have a Airsoft Gateway 120% nozzle spring, but the Cowcow nozzle spring is like insane in comparison. lol First shot some gas came out the ejection port, then it settled. The pin needed to be tightened more after that blow off. Seems to be fine, feels like it’s catching something. But everything looks good, and it’s shooting good. Going to field it next week 👍
Nice part. Hey I just picked up a kjw accelerator, can you do a video on 6" guns some time? Ive had a hard time finding aftermarket parys for this beast
Hi! Im Looking for a new BB setup in my gun. Wich brand BBU, loading nozzle & valve setup would you advise based on your experience so far? I run a gunsmith bros brass but my loading is kinda inconsistent hopup.

👍 to cowcow for sure, this is great news
Yesss! Just the video I have been waiting for!! Your the man Knuckles

about the threads, just go and buy a metric M4 screw and cut it to needed lenght :D i did it in my tm hi capa 4.3 when i lost my screw
yea that will work as well! just wish the bbu top would be changed to have more threads though
@@KnucklesGSM yea we can do nothing avout it :(

You're the man! Thanks for the tips. Good to know that there could still be a reason for the cup pistons.
Would you recommend piston head versions or the o ring piston versions and why?
So is it a vented piston or does the piston just have cuts in the head?? I can’t tell
Any update?

its still running, no problems so far, i found a donor new tm to put it on so I'm using that as a testing ground for a cowcow full build
What Nozzle did you use Sir?
Does this fit a AW custom "competitor " hi_capa
What loading nozzle would you recommend with the cowcow lightweight bbu
Hey Knuckles - what do you mean the Loading nozzle is doing to much damage ? I unfortunately just bought one and an worried about trying it now !
Nice part.
Hey I just picked up a kjw accelerator, can you do a video on 6" guns some time? Ive had a hard time finding aftermarket parys for this beast
kjw unfortunately does not have alot of compatibility with TM parts or WE

I got the return spring, as you said its SUPER strong, i think they said 180%?
Do the CowCow BBU's fit into the KJW KP-05?
Does it fit in WE hicapa ?
the old generation yes, new generation no
Blow back housing UAC Vs Cow cow, Which is the best?
i still need more time with COWCOW, UAC is already proven for me.
