Episode 4 of The Room Makeover Series widens the series’ scope with a multi-room renovation over four parts.
In this episode, we meet the Reimer Family. The Reimers tragically lost their son Caleb at age 16 in a vehicle accident in 2021. Caleb, a talented hockey player with a bright future, was drafted by the Edmonton Oil Kings in 2019. He debuted with the team in 2021 before losing his life alongside two schoolmates, Ronin Sharma and Parker Magnuson, from the Delta Hockey Academy. Facing a home with memories of the tragedy, the Reimers considered moving. Instead, they were nominated and selected for this episode of The Room Makeover Series.
The series’ largest makeover continues! In part 2, we learn more about the Reimer family and the community members helping with the project as the renovation continues. Picking things up in week two, the demolition phase is over, and the construction is underway.
As we move through the next weeks of the project, the walls get a fresh coat of paint, and the kitchen gets new cabinets and countertops. Throughout the house, it’s also time to start laying down the new flooring - but not before solving some hidden issues. Watch the crew transform the house and overcome several surprising roadblocks as we head toward the thrilling reveal in part 4.
