How to do this exercise:
Lie down on your bed or the floor, or sit back in a comfortable chair, this exercise is best on an empty stomach, have a sip of water and take some gentle breaths first through the nose to warm up.
This exercise is best done when breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.
The breath noises are just an anchor and guide, go at your own pace and don’t push yourself too much.
To get the most from this type of breathing, ensure that the other 99.00% of your time during your day you are nasal (nose) breathing - even during physical exercise.
After this exercise, take enough time with nasal breathing to relax and get back to a calm level.

Can you help me? I've got a problem with addition? !!🤪
My favourite Wim Hof style guided breathing video. The pacing is just right for me and I love the lengthy, music-only outro in which to relax and enjoy the aftermath.
This will be my morning breathing routine for a long time. Thx a lot!
This was lovely :) What is interesting is, that breathing in 2s really helped me retain my breath for longer!
Thank you so much for that wonderful video. Just found it and will come back.
5:03 in case you'd like to redo the second round to make it the more traditional three rounds of Wim Hof :)
Thanks all, I was looking for a quicker version of what you made a few weeks ago, this is perfect, thank you, you are really helping people
You're very welcome, thanks for leaving a comment x
Thanks for posting this. I find it very very helpful. It's like a more natural and simpler version of the famous Wim Hof method of breathing. I find the Wim Hof method almost an assault on the system as this is an enhancement to the body system. The more I do, the more I get out of it and enjoy it.
Just done this one and really enjoyed it. After a bad spell being ill, it really helped reset the balance in mind and body. Thanks for all you do. I appreciate it .
Thanks a lot for yet another fantastic guided exercise. Gets me in a nice, calm mental state.
xx
Sir you are the real deal! I thank you so much for your videos
xx
This one really slowed and deepened my breathing after practice, for an extended time. I appreciate these exercises deeply. They have changed my health and my ability to meditate. Thank you seems insufficient but, THANK YOU 🧘🏽♂️🌟
I really enjoyed it. Keep up with great work. Doing your exercises every day and they've enrich my life 🙏
Thanks Nina, so great to read that
Yes thank you David for this additional shorter version
:)
Namaste. Thank you. That time for meditation/stillness after breathwork is golden. 🙏
🙏
Been doing these Now for 5 days- Thoughts Matter/ Love Matters =/Think allways with Love and Kindness^
This exercise is great. I'm new to your program but have been doing (and loving) various other breathing programs for the past few years. After doing this, I feel like a whole new woman. Strong addition to my breathing practice. 👍🏼👊🏾💪🏼
Fantastic guided breathing, love your channel! So glad I found it through your interviews being recommended by the RUclips algo 😊
Awesome, thank you!
The singing lady helps a lot focusing on the breath.. 😊

Very nice excercise. What time is advisable to do the exercise? Morning before breakfast or anytime. Otherwise thank you so much for sharing
@@irene19641 you can do this exercise whenever you want. But, if you do this on the morning, you'll colour all your day with good vibrations
@@loicgoenaga5777 thank you so much. Indeed my day was superb todsy. I can feel my body healing itself.
Love this version so much, thank you TADB
You're welcome x
This is a fave for my morning wake up! Love it, thanks Mike great combo 🙏🌞💕
You're so welcome!
3 round would be awesome! Love it!
Excellent 👍
I do the advance version of this by doing one nostril at a time. I can get more oxygen much deeper into my lungs this way as well as correcting nasal imbalances.
Love it. Well also the one with 2 in and 4 out. I see huge difference depending on what I eat prior as well as my state of mind while doing this
Food digestion plays such a huge role when it comes to energy required and oxygen required, I am still surprised with I do a breathing exercise on an empty stomach, how much more powerful and effortless it is compared to after eating.
@@TAKEADEEPBREATH me too. While fasting and breathing consciously( some times my mind takes over lol) I can hold so much longer with less overall effort. So the breathwork helps me see how much my body needs to clean right now in this moment. So with a full belly I feel that at least I'm helping my digestive system
Fantastic!!!! I´ve repeat for three times, for me two rounds is not enough HA!. Thank you again from Spain.
I Love the peaceful ending. I Am grateful and I Love mycellf
Love this so much, thank you
Perfect! 😊 Thanks! 🙏 🙏🙏
Well made video and very helpful. Thank you so much for making it.

Very nice 👌
Very good tempo
Thank you
Agree, really great tempo, exactly what I need
Best one! I love it!
Well this is simply amazing thank you for this
somewhat similar to the old rebirthing "circular" breath except we'd mostly chest breathe with no holds and do it for 30 to 60 mins
Love your Channel
Quality brother 🙏✌👌👍
2021-Mar-15 #morning_breathing 🙏❤️❤️ great retentions with empty (0psi) stomach.
Sometimes when I breath in (after the 90 second hold) and hold my breath for 15 secs, my forehead get super warm and then while breathing out it cools down. An amazing feeling of relaxation. Is ther a scientific term for what I’m experiencing??
Thanks!
2021-june-30 #morning_breathing 🙏 ❤️ thank you
❤❤❤top
Perfect tempo to awaken the body especially the third eye and to calm the mind. And your voice is holding it all together. It feels like flying without using wings. Very much appreciated 🤗🤩
As you are so interested in breathing techniques, perhaps you might want to look into jin shin juytsu. They combine breathing with mudras and holding fingers or put hands on acupuncture points (short version). I did your todays breathing technique combined with holding my left ring finger, because it's helping the lung function. With in credible results 😉. Look up the vids of Alexis Brink.
Thanks @blue I'll check that out
Thank you for this.. do you recommend anything for intergestion? A type of breathing. Thank you.🙏
Id look at deep belly breathing and sucking in your tummy on the exhale to massage organs, but really i dont know much about digestion and suggest speaking with your doctor x
This pace is more meditative to me then the normal pace. Not sure if that’s good or bad?
superb
is it normal to feel tingling
Thank you! Can you do this before bedtime or will it give too much energy?
Absolutely, I suggest trying it to see how you feel :-)
@@TAKEADEEPBREATH Thank you 🌻

I did nasal breathing only for two days but I had to quit because I became so depressed and apathetic. I wonder why.
Nice but I can’t even come close to 90 seconds
Keep practicing you'll get there
It will .... it took me 7 days to reach to 113 seconds...all the best
💐🌷🌈😀
I would say to leave out the 👃 and just count one, two...
