    How to do this exercise:
Lie down on your bed or the floor, or sit back in a comfortable chair, this exercise is best on an empty stomach, have a sip of water and take some gentle breaths first through the nose to warm up.
This exercise is best done when breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.
The breath noises are just an anchor and guide, go at your own pace and don’t push yourself too much.
To get the most from this type of breathing, ensure that the other 99.00% of your time during your day you are nasal (nose) breathing - even during physical exercise.
After this exercise, take enough time with nasal breathing to relax and get back to a calm level.

My favourite Wim Hof style guided breathing video. The pacing is just right for me and I love the lengthy, music-only outro in which to relax and enjoy the aftermath.

Thanks for posting this. I find it very very helpful. It's like a more natural and simpler version of the famous Wim Hof method of breathing. I find the Wim Hof method almost an assault on the system as this is an enhancement to the body system. The more I do, the more I get out of it and enjoy it.

Food digestion plays such a huge role when it comes to energy required and oxygen required, I am still surprised with I do a breathing exercise on an empty stomach, how much more powerful and effortless it is compared to after eating.

@@TAKEADEEPBREATH me too. While fasting and breathing consciously( some times my mind takes over lol) I can hold so much longer with less overall effort. So the breathwork helps me see how much my body needs to clean right now in this moment. So with a full belly I feel that at least I'm helping my digestive system

Perfect tempo to awaken the body especially the third eye and to calm the mind. And your voice is holding it all together. It feels like flying without using wings. Very much appreciated 🤗🤩
As you are so interested in breathing techniques, perhaps you might want to look into jin shin juytsu. They combine breathing with mudras and holding fingers or put hands on acupuncture points (short version). I did your todays breathing technique combined with holding my left ring finger, because it's helping the lung function. With in credible results 😉. Look up the vids of Alexis Brink.
