    He said the songs just poured out of him this past year. In the q and a he said this song was written in a day and a half.
    A quiet and peaceful working environment seems to be what he needs and I'm so glad he's taken this chance. This piece is STUNNING and i cant wait for the rest.
    By the way. I want a "what in the fadoodle" shirt

    There were sneak peeks that this was in there. The stuff that PTX (adore them dearly) sang just didn't lend to deep bass intensity. It was about the trio. Then he did the Sequoias and he was doing gentle folk. I could hear there could be serious intensity in there but he tamed it for the sake of the genre.

    There was once a King who new there would be an invasion by the Vikings, so he traveled his lands and prepared his people to fight back. They fought the Vikings and won. This song makes me feel like they celebrated to this.

      Interesting take... I saw it the other way around since I’m a descendant of a very well known and famous Viking king (Harold Bluetooth & yes since the Swedes invented Bluetooth it was named after the King and the Bluetooth symbol is actually his initials and is a Viking rune) and I see this song as a Viking war song...

    He was good in PTX , but he was always stuck in support positions. This song shows why , his voice was under utilized.

    Avi did all of the voices and sounds except the organ and some percussion. The rest is all him. He has made a change in his music and he said there would be a lot more.

    he looks like a crazy person like the unibomber or something only i guess he was spending time discovering who he really is at 28. i was worried in anything he has put out he was getting skinnier and looked kind of sick and his hair was getting longer and longer and unkempt like a weird dude out in the woods in a cabin that you don't bother hahaha but i guess as long as he's putting out music then he's ok. i just hope he is!

    • @Lookinforrealmusic
      @Lookinforrealmusic 5 лет назад +4

      He is fine. During th e time you are talking about they were touring and recording non stop. His Moms cancer came back and he would do a show, fly home for her surgeries and stuff, then turn around and fly back to do the next show. That pace would make anyone exhausted. You can see how fragile she was and how upset he was in the PTX documentary.

    • @supposedly1-2
      @supposedly1-2 5 лет назад +2

      @@Lookinforrealmusic i did not know any of that other than he was exhausted from what i thought was just the constant strain of touring and recording that makes more sense now. i really was worried about him he looked like he was headed for some bad news. i am glad he is ok and thank you for telling me that. I have heard about the documentary but i dont have netflix so i haven't seen it yet.

      @@supposedly1-2 everybody was worried sick about him. His Mom posted a beautiful thank you to him and Esther after she got better. Thats the only way I found out.
