How to Fill Out Your Texas License Certificate (DE-964)

- Your license certificate was emailed to you when you completed the course, or you can access it from the home screen on your account at any time. You can follow the links in the description to get the three logs that you need, or you can find blank copies of the logs in the Pre-DPS Trip Guide linked in your license certificate email.
First, I’m going to show you how to fill out the Aceable Classroom Instruction Log for the license. If you’re using the same log that you filled out for your permit, that’s perfect! You’ll continue filling out the log beginning at Level 2. If you’re starting the log from scratch, that’s okay too - we’ll review how to fill out the entire form from the beginning.
At the very top, you’ll want to enter the student’s legal name, then the eligible instructor’s legal name. This is the name of the instructor that has been registered with the $20 Packet from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Beneath the eligible instructor’s name, enter the eligible instructor’s Drivers License number. Beneath that we’ve already auto-filled our course number - #116.
Just asking, you can do your 44 hours while you take the 32 right
Hey I know this is and old video but I have an issue with my account after I got my permit it logged me off and I logged back in but I need to buy it again to complet the corse for my license

Or at least can you do the 30 hours simultaneously while doing the 32 hour

Im 20 but got a id that says under 21 driver licence 3 years ago but i never took a driver test in a car is it an id or driver licence i got ??

No it doesn’t need to be in color I presented it to the DPS in black and white and they accepted it.

@@Chrishon2002 Last response, but for your permit, or license, you're going to need a lot of documents to prove yourself.
For both, you need a VoE and your SSN. There are a lot more that you can easily look up.
