I would still take it back to GOD even if it confirms what He said. There may be some details that the prophetic voice didn't reveal because He alone wanted to reveal it directly to you. Also, every "prophetic word" is not a word from the LORD (wolves in sheep's clothing). I would recommend taking EVERY word back to GOD.
