The way you are teaching is very special. I have an intuitive trait which Ive began to embrace more intentionally where I feel peoples auras physically in my own body. People run a range and sometimes people can make me ill and dizzy, and others generate a healing presence. Your energy is very rare at least based on my encounters: what I sense from you is a gift to gently transform. That gentleness will rapidly disarm the fear and shame so many people are burdened with. You also have such a pure energy which immediately put me at ease. Please keep teaching and I think you will heal and inspire many!

I'm wondering if you can touch on what happens if you don't go with the flow, or you don't have the ability to transform with the mutation? My life is extremely busy right now, and I'm feeling a lot of what you're saying, but I haven't been able to find the time and space to rest or do the self care that I really need. Does this impede the process of mutation? Or will it happen under the surface no matter what?
Hi there, my experience with that is that the slower I shift the longer I stay feeling heavy, stuck, depressed or just, not as good. Which could possibly last a lifetime if you just stay where you are and resist change… I don’t know though. The mutation seems inevitable to me…but also I always choose to surrender to it.
