Hey knuckles. just a few basic Hi capa upgrade questions. 1: Recoil spring-will increasing my recoil spring increase or decrease performance in cold weather? What are the advantages and disadvantages to a stronger recoil spring? 2: Sear spring-how hard is it to replace a sear spring? Is it something a novice could do?
leaf spring is easy to install, just swap em out. if you play in the cold alot, definitely stick with a lightweight build, keep the mags warm. i would probably not run a strong spring, maybe 130-140 if you have an aluminium slide, if plastic, just stick with original and you can short stroke it etc.
Recently picked up an EMG Salient arms 5.1 2011. I suppose it’s a hi Capa and I’m just wondering if tm parts will fit. Keep in mind I’m completely new to airsoft.
no, emg is we/aw basically. you will need to get parts that are marketed for we/aw pretty much, you can use some parts here and there but that is too much for me to list. you can check my Armorer Works videos that will help out.
For me Gmail would work , I dont use face book. I m looking for a build of race pistol.. I dont have issues with payment paypal is fine. challenge is i dont live in US, so finished shipping has to be to Europe
Have you checked with elitecustomcentre in UK? Mike Cripps builds hicapas and has a store with a lot of parts. Would be easier and not have to worry about the shipping costs as much.

I have a heavy, full metal slide on my 6 inch KJW hi capa, and was thinking of running a 170% because of the weight. Opinions?
