That would include ipad too which I use as a radio for those nice long summer breaks on top of a hill.

This is £2.49 in all Decathlon stores in the UK now. In Australia you can buy from Decathlon's website and they are opening Decathlon Sydney later this year

You're right, I bought this one for 69 CZK here in Prague Decathlon about a year ago what is approx 2,7 USD - really unbeatable deal for the service it provides.
Hey man, nice vid. Quick question, can this thing hold a binder full of standard 8.5 x 11 paper comfortably? I saw the dimensions, but I wasn't sure of the size of the actual storage space with padding and everything.

I carried this bag fully loaded for a long weekend trip with clothes and toiletries and my Surface Pro 3, the surface was a tight fit, so I dont think you could fit anything bigger than that. I think the surface is 12"

Yeah, often bags specified "litres" is not correct because its hard to accurately measure, especially with irregular shapes.

Its lightly water resistant but water will get through the stitching and through the zips after a fairly short time in heavy rain

Yes, not waterPROOF just water-RESISTANT which means the water initially beads off but after continuous rain or submersion it will 'wet out'

Water somewhat beads off of it but it isn't seam sealed. So areas like seams and the zippers are where water can seep in
