    One thing to consider with the MPAT/HE is that yes the MPAT does more damage to vehicles, but the HE reloads shells significantly faster than MPAT. Bud and I tested MPAT tank vs HE tank and the HE tank actually won front-to-front test and MPAT won side-to-side and back-to-back tests...barely. By a margin of 1 more shot that could have taken out the MPAT tank. Negligible difference that could easily be made up for by a gunner hitting 1 mortar/TOW/anti-vehicle rockets or even a 40mm grenade launcher volley. HE has 95% effectiveness of MPAT on armor (when you factor in the faster shell reload speed of HE) but about 200% effectiveness of MPAT on infantry. HE also 1-shots air vehicles now. It's poorly balanced. MPAT looks better on paper but in application, there's no real reason to run it over HE now.

      Great post here, I switched to the HE to give this a fair shot for a while even after it was reigned in a bit. I did notice due to the increased ROF that you run out of shells significantly faster though, the replenish rate can't really keep up the same way it does with the MPAT and you don't get that same feeling of almost having unlimited shells.

      @@GhostGamingg That is a trade off. But more importantly I think they made a stealth change as I had to hit a hokum with 2 HE shells yesterday. More incentive to run MPAT. They stealth buffed it about 6 months ago now stealth nerf but it's better balanced now.

      @@GhostGamingg They stealth nerfed the HE against all vehicles. It used to deal about 54 to boltes as well but now it does like 34 or 38 so MPAT is now much better against vehicles again, as it should be. Back to a better balance now.

    The 12.7 HMG are used a lot on the stealth heli for higher skill players, better for air to air engagements and the overheat is shorter, so useful against gunships.

    The AA Missile on the Wild Cat can be usefull, if you fire 1 missile, by the time the flares on the air vehicles are popped out and goes to a cooldown fase, you will have 2 new AA M. If you lock on the air vehicle it will be defenceless and will be destroyed (jets).

      Even then it was still use unless you fighting a idiot pilot a good pilot will destroy you the time you ran out of time to defend yourself ditch the aa Missiles it's holding you back from your full potential.

      @@Darknova591A sentence was attempted I guess. AA misses do not hold you back when you also use the main gun. You’re supposed to use them together.

      Yeah that's true and like I said, this is how you'll kill bad pilots. Anyone who is decent isn't going to hang around In range of you to get locked on again after flaring.

    Have to disagree with you on the wildcat. It's my most used vehicle so have tried alot of the load outs.
    You should use: 35mm canon and aa missiles. Once you learn to lead the shots it's ALOT better.
    For gunner seats missile barrage and kinetic grenade pod. You're gunners should focus on and help keeping infantry away when you are busy looking into the sky

    23:53 heres the thing i always use the he on the tank cuz i can switch to the tow as i fire and fire again maybe even get down the tank and use the rpg i think he shell is just the superior one here it even loads faster

    The 30mm on the Hokum basically makes it a slightly tankier nightbird. That cannon is one of the few weapons that melts both infantry and vehicles. It's also easier to dogfight with than the rocket pods.

      That's true but then you get the US side and then what? You suck with the pods in heli vs heli. Tbh it's a weird decision from DICE putting this weapon on one heli and not the other.

      @@GhostGamingg I usually just play the other 2 helis or F35 on US. I assume they gave the Hokum the 30mm because the F35 can VTOL and they wanted Russia to have something unique to them, but DICE need to just totally rework the vehicles. It makes no sense that 30mm rounds from a chopper absolutely melt infantry but the same rounds from a jet or the wildcat are little more than pebbles. Idk if it's on every platform, but there's an official mode in portal called rapid strike and the vehicle balancing feels damn near perfect. I'm not sure I can go back to the normal game.

    As primarily a WC player I'd say..
    35MM cannons- Strong all around weapon (air, infantry and armor) and probably your only hope against poop bucket, attack chopper pilots, assuming you can start pouring into them as soon as they set up for their strafing run. In reality you're not going to survive often no matter what loadout you're using against these guys. Requires more skill to use this weapon, than the 30MM.The 30MM are better for fast moving targets like jets or lis missiles and easier to use... but really weak against infantry and armor.
    AT Missiles, two will take out another WC and even do some pretty good damage to MBT's, CAVs and MAV's. AA missiles will never get a good pilot and they are your biggest threat.
    Thermal Smoke and Repair
    Gunner seat: Thermal .50 or thermal minigun, I prefer the .50 as it does not have the delay spin up time but even the weakest gunner can shred sneaky C5 deployers with the minigun if they are paying attention.
    Barrage missiles are OK, do a little armor damage but are mainly infantry, short to medium range, not too bad.
    40MM grenade launcher, meh, little splash damage, even a direct hit may not kill infantry, very short range. not my fav.
    Weapon pod:
    40MM canister shot...! Like a powerful shotgun, short range but will one shot anyone approaching the vehicle and easy to use and hit.
    60MM flak can shred close heli's and one shot NBs BUT is very hard to hit anything with it, slow firing and slow projectile speed. I don't care for this at all.
    Kinetic Grenade...pure garbage, I get in a vehicle that has this equipped and jump out immediately, one of the worst weapons in the game, if not the worst. It's meant to bounce around inside buildings but you're much better off out in the open with a WC, then trying to cap objectives with a lot of buildings around.

    I’m gonna disagree with the ram missile launcher, and the reason is haven. My ram was my first vehicle mastery and my most used vehicle, and I used the rockets for a vast majority of it. They’re insanely good. However, the 105mm howitzer is a primary I tried out, and realized how absolutely insane it is. Infantry stand absolutely no chance against you whatsoever, and seeing that there is only one vehicle on haven, that your infantry will most likely kill, you don’t have to worry about having to fight it. Due to the rams mobility, it is incredibly easy to run into an objective, pop APS, get like 4 kills, and run away and repeat. The rockets, while super good against vehicles can certainly make the vehicle a lot more well rounded, but if you’re going for killing power, the howitzer is the only choice. Take flak and you won’t have to worry about air vehicles, and your mobility + APS prevents you from dying to ground vehicles in regular games too. I really think it’s a super slept on choice

      I'll give this a go next time I get Haven. The problem I have with the vehicles, is that you sort of needs a 'set it and forget it' loadout that works for any map, because if you fiddle around with it at the start of the game you've lost the vehicle.
      DICE really need to give the option to lock in a vehicle, and then still give you the ability to change it's loadout during the round start time imo.

    I believe APS does not protect against TOR railgun. And VHX :F

      APS doesn't protect against any railgun type weapon. This was done to give the TOR a fair balance.

    You forgot to mention that the 30mm cannon from the jets has a severe bullet drop off and they are decent for dogfights.

    I think the LATV4 is more than transporting players & AI around & as a super close AA bc canister shot.
    It allows me to transport 3 C5 deployed to a tank I want to kill

    I dont know but i think the all the flak wepons are kinda bad compared to the other ones you can have like on the cav brawler the APDS cannon dose inane damage to air veichals and something like the 40mm GL is way better for something like the Cav Brawler or MAV

      Agree 100%. The 25MM APDS is one of the best secondary vehicle weapons, it has great range, one shots infantry, two shots Nightbirds and I think each round does 10 damage to heavy armor, so if you can land all 8 shots, you can do serious dmg to a tank. I'd rather have that than the 60MM flak cannon any day and maybe even the 20MM flak cannon. The 20MM flak is pretty good against low flying heli's and fires fast but thats it, it only does like 1 point of dmg to infantry, so its useless except for close heli's or a low jet straf. So if your in the 20MM flak seat, you can do nothing, if there are no low aircraft, you can only watch as that sneaky C5 deployer blows you to bits.

      Ah a cluster mine enjoyer aswell, same i use it on breakthrough inside choke point's free multi kills, people do sleep on this and alot of plebs don't realise it's good.

      If there's armour I'll use the anti vehicle mines, it's so fun killing thirsty tanks with them. I thought the clusters sucked at first because I kept firing them as I approached an infantry group. What I didn't realise is even though there is a delay to them exploding, as soon as you fire them they stay there. Which is super useful for rushing through an objective so yeah they're pretty good

    I know this would've been A LOT more work, but this video would've been SO MUCH better if you had video to go with all these recommendations. I'm sure you're giving good advice but I can't help but tune out with just voice over.

      Yeah that's a fair comment, that being said it I've had had to do that I wouldn't have bothered making the video at all, too big time commitment. Unfortunately vids on vehicles just don't get views in this game, most players don't care.

    You're not wrong about heli advice. But your armor advice is more relevant to PC players cuz console players can't hit a button to jump into a specific seat. We need to cycle through the seats which doesn't feel as certain or reliable as just hitting a key. It's been a gripe of mine for a while.

    Nice video, but I'm surprised no one is ranting about the RAM like I'm gonna do...
    The car is unbelievably powerful, and especially on Haven most people are too dumb to fight it together.
    The problem I have with this is that you can only get this by buying it (with premium if I'm not mistaken). I mean, that's a super sh*tty move from EA, but nobody seems to mind.
    Another thing: When I use the minigun in any vehicle, I csn't hit sh*t, does anyone have the same experience? I never kill stuff in the nightbird, and when I'm gunner in a tank that has the minigun, I can only use it to scare infantry, or so it seems. Is that a known issue?

      No, it isn’t a known issue. But accurately using it may be difficult If your not experienced with it. That was thecase for me at least.

    Imma put it out there. I hate the wildcat… no wait! I hate the wildcats AA missile. Why? Simple, it’s literally for crowd control. It gridlocks half of any airspace and just makes the dog fight experience so much worse. I find myself just giving up because there’s a jet that’s made me pop my flares and the wildcat is on clean up duty. It’s not even fair for the enemy jet pilot. I can have a respectable dogfight but that will be on a portal game mode where there aren’t any wildcats.

    you are totally wrong about the aa mistle they go through flares very often the anti tank mistle is a waste, if you are close to a tank you already lost.

      AT Missiles are more useful than AA missiles cause you can destroy armor when they can't counter it and even they do you can still destroy them as long you are careful ditch the AA missiles it's holding you back.

      @@Darknova591 no the aa mistles are not holding you back like i said you are not destroying tanks with aa you are just alerting them to your position which is stupid. Even if aa mistles dont kill the helicopter at forces them to retreat for at least 30 seconds which is a 3rd of the helicopter respawn time.

      ​@@pureblood6492dude I play all of these vehicles but mostly helis and you're wrong. If a wildcat starts locking onto me the first time it makes me retreat for 30 seconds. But then I figure out a way to sneak up and kill before it even has time to lock on. Also in a wildcat fighting other ground vehicles with 35mm and anti ground missiles is pretty powerful, just don't get too close which shouldn't be hard since wildcat is faster than tanks. Also the 35mm shreds all aircraft once you get good with it

    Wrong loadout on tank. Repair system almost always better than active defense system. HE is also more preferable since you’re mostly gonna be fighting infantry

      He is better than ap because infantry obviously, but u can also shoot 2 times in 6 seconda vs 1 times than Ap.. so u can get more damage vs enemy tank, but acrive protection is always better than repair cause u can repair with engineer in safe zone, safe zone that u can reach with active protect..they easly stop your self repair while hitti g you and disable your tank that can protect yourself for multi shot like active protection

      @@marchinogrimo3446 relying on engies or being a chicken always falling back will make you even bigger target than you were just rushing through. Also, with engineers you can get shot when you are outside or you lose your tank entirely to hijack

    I don't hate vehicle players all that much, but don't you think it's kinda counter-productive to spend more than half of the video explaining why certain loadouts are meta because they are better against infantry?
