I LOVE new construction. And what I love most is the lighting and floors. Not all, but most new construction homes have canned/recessed lighting and not carpet. Saving to update our floors. But floors are 2nd to windows. So we have at least 2 years. Love your channel ❤😊. “Get an education” such wise words- Real Estate and beyond.
