Thank you for sharing this video, I participated but my parents couldn't go. Now they found me in this video and they are really happy and thankful with you. Thank you so much!!!
I was there last night (as I am every year) and noticed some changes in the traditional narration. More "love, peace, tradition and joy" and a little less "Jesus". Gone was the story of how he never went further than 35 miles from the site where he was born, never held office, etc. as well as some other details of his life. Still, this is a great presentation (despite the chaos associated with being a member of the audience) and I will continue to attend as long as Disneyland continues this grand tradition.
+crazee4mm you are so fortunate to be able to go every year. i am so happy for you. my son and his family were also there and they were overwhelmed with joy.
They actually took out One Solitary Life a few years ago, sadly. I want to say it was 2012 or 2013. They probably wanted to try and please the guests that are less religious. That's just a guess though. I don't know they true reason why, but anyone can speculate. It was one of my favorite parts in Candlelight. I've been blessed to have been in Disneyland's candlelight guest choir 4 years in a row (2011-2014) and WDW's candlelight cast choir for now 2 years, 2015 and this year.
Did you sit in the VIP section? if not, did you stand or sit on a bench etc. I was on the same side as you but standing just off the paved (or partly on it, in the roped off area near Firehouse) for 7:45 PM show on Saturday December 5 2015.

Awesome job at recording this great Disney event, Brian! Maybe we'll see you next year again - same time, same place...
It's good to keep the old fashion Christmas hymns & Christmas story. Lots of biblical references.

I noticed that they took out the Poem "One Solitary Life" at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World, I wonder why?
