Personally, I like that warm up and cool down aren't included, because some influences make 40 min videos aka '40 min workout' and then you open it and the first and the last 5 mins are warm ups and stretches and the REAL workout is onle 25-30 mins... 😕 Thanks, like it and did it!

Really enjoyed this all around full body workout. It hit all the muscle groups with a little cardio sprinkled in. Especially enjoyed the combo ab and upper body exercises. Varied my weights ranging from 10s - 20s and burned 322 active calories. 🧡🧡🧡 Added this to your 23 min cardio walk for a good full body burn first.

I can tell that the RDL/ Lunge with frontal raise and the exercise with raises in the last part will be real killer for me...! Somehow the Fly and Raise move are very hard for me... This only my second week back into weighted workouts after a too many months rest where I only did occasional planks with row and bridges with a press, but not a longer workout or consistency in doing dumbell moves. I will be trying this workout because I really want to do longer full body weighted workouts twice a week. Im confident those will help me with getting stronger back and shoulders muscles. If you consider you ll lose 20% of your muscle strength within 10 days *START weighted workouts* like this *RIGHT NOW* ! You will regret not having done any for weeks in a row...
My fave one so far! I loved this, it’s exactly what I needed after coming back from vacation and I like that it’s just one set of dumbbells so I can adjust it to how challenging I want the workout to be. Thank you Olivia ❤️

This one was soooooo good! The moves were challenging and the music was fire 🔥 I burned 240 calories. Question Liv, how long a day do you workout? Do you post one routine and that's it for the day or do you do multiple workouts?
