Sir wrong guidance for wisdom tooth extraction. All four teet extraction ( maxillary third molars 2, mandibular 2 each qudarat). For example you are planning all four wisdom teeth extraction swelling and pain patient unable for eating food. Another reason surgical extraction produced delayed wound healing patient upsetting of your procedure.
I do it all the time no complaints from pt. In fact they are so happy that they did it all at once.
