I have hp 1020 printer. My printer has an issue whenever i try multiple copies print paper got jammed after 2 or 3 copies print. Say Example i have to take print of 5 pages at one command, after i gave the command to print 5 pages at ones the printer starts printing the pages but as soon it reaches 2 or 3 pages the paper got stuck & jammed the printer. This happens whenever i tried multiple pages print. I have to print one by one manually. How do i fix this problem Sir. Please help me solve this issue.

sir, what mistake i had done was that due to it was printing extra copies, i switched off the plug in process. so my problem was the third one, if i open full printer i will not be able to fix it, so kindly guide me how should i just move the roller. kindly please say sir.

This is more than a cardiac operation. Why the company made so big & complicated process just to remove a minor issue of paper jam. For this simple issue we have call the service center shell down huge charges. Should avoid buying such printers.
