This time of year I really love to get into my kitchen and give it what I call a once a year overhaul. I will be pulling everything out of the cabinets and seeing what needs to be moved and maybe tossed. The small appliances I started with first - what are we using and what do we like. Sous-Vide gets used a lot (it's loved) and it's really great for meal prep as-well, you don't have to eat the food straight away, let it cool - put it in the fridge easy for people to heat up. The Air-Fryer found a new home, no one was using it. I have a good oven and its convection so bye bye Air-Fryer. Take Good Care🥂

I found a deal on chicken legs. I vaccum sealed them and froze them. They are ready to sous vide, then dust with corn starch/flour mixture, then deep fry 😋 to finish them. Not only are they moist and tender, the slow cooking process dissolves cartilage and tendons.

I haven’t used mine yet either. Thank you. Great video. I’m gonna try a pork tenderloin first. I’m anxious to try it. Take care Linda! Keep up awesome videos.

I usually do mine for 3 hours, and about 1/2 the time start from frozen, specifically just because it seems to become more tender.
As for chicken, I never liked chicken breast until I started using a sous vide. The texture changes somehow into something much more pleasing, imo.

I had to buy a new refrigerator and I bought one that looks just like yours. I lost a ton of food because the fridge kept running but blew out hot air especially in the freezer so I couldn’t save it to my small freezer. Right at Xmas. They delivered my new fridge on the 23, it had to cool down and I was grocery shopping on Xmas Eve. And I got the flu and couldn’t eat with my family. I hope your Xmas went much better. 😂🥰
