- Lunella learns that she has been watched by the Beyonder, who wants to learn about humanity, just as Lunella enters a science fair with Eduardo, an annoying boy at her school. In an effort to get away from him, the Beyonder becomes convinced that humans are not worth the effort and plans to wipe them out. Eduardo learns that Lunella does not want him around, but the Beyonder hangs humanity on the science fair and wants them to work together. Lunella apologizes to Eduardo and they make up, but they lose the science fair. The Beyonder reveals that he liked what they made and agrees to leave humanity alone, for now.🚦

There is just something that is both simple and hilarious about hearing Lawrence Fishburne’s deep voice come out of child beyonder
I think it would of been funnier if he did a child voice but a poor attempt that it is funny

You can tell Lawrence Fishburne was enjoying himself with this role.
Fun fact, in the Hebrew dub, the beyonder is voiced by Dedi Zohar, who would go on to voice toad in the Hebrew dub of the super Mario bros movie.
He even admitted ge saw the character as a chance to channel the likes of Mel Blanc

I love that the Beyonder has been reinvented as Mr. Mxyzsptlk with swag.
Now that you mention it, he does remind me a lot of Mr Mxyzptlk, as both are insanely powerful beings from other plains of existence. At least Mr Mxyzptlk is relatively simple to get rid of. Lawrence Fishburne is clearly having so much fun with this role

Just saying that in other media, he had a more serious personality. In here, he's basically discord (my little pony friendship is magic) and him (the Powerpuff girls) mixed with the core (amphibia) and the collector (the owl house).
To be fair Beyonders are an entire race of trans-multiversal entities. Who’s to say this is the same guy?
