i don't think its possible to get the Sims 4 on a iPad however there is a version of the Sims called the Sims Freeplay its different from the Sims in a few ways.
Summer is correct they do have a free play version and it’s on phones as well! As for getting the sims on a iPad I don’t believe you can I know if you want the sims WITH mods that it only works on pc! I hope this helped though ❤️
you can’t get the sims 4 on ipad, it’s only for PC and console but there is other sims app games, they just aren’t like the game you’re seeing in this video but you may enjoy them! there’s Sims Freeplay and The Sims Mobile
