Awesome work. I have wanted this for so long for so many different machines. I Detest cleaning around the fan and invariably, the wires eventually snap and you are left buying an entirely new fan. (Looking into some two wire connectors that I can put between the fan and the board so they will disconnect easier when I do need to) Already ordered mine. I will leave a review once I have them and start using them.
Thanks Jeremy! Just ordered mine. Now if I can only get my MK2 working again, I’ll be set! Having #5 or 6 Zoom with Dimitri tonight. Hope he has it figured out!
Yes, we had quite a lengthy discussion about it, he is all for it and I think is developing something like it as well for a future add-on... although I'm not sure when that will happen, he didn't know either.
I use Dawn power wash and soak it down ...let it sit for a few minutes and then spray it off with a hose or....( Don't tell the wife ) The shower handheld🫣
Hi Jeremy, looks like a great solution. I live in UK so will have to design my own. I presume you used merv 6 instead of 8 because of air flow restriction? Also how did you cut it on laser. Thanks Dave
Hello Jeremy, Just wondering, what are you using for the filter material? and do you cut it to size yourself? I have a Wecreat and would like to design the same system for that laser. Looks really good and should work really well. Like you stated, it does not raise the temp very much with the filter system installed. Thank you. Jeff
It is considered Merv 6 and that material is washable according to the specs/description...and it's low profile so I was able to keep the height down...I do cut it with the laser as stated in the video

Slowed it down to .25 and wow, that Allen wrench had a mind of its own 😂
I have to do that .I missed it in the editing👍
Eventually I’ll have one of those. Such a great idea
Thank you!

No doubt he will get you all set! And thank you!
Don't ya just love Mondays? 🤪
Well...that Monday actually turned out great 😃
great idea man!!!
Thank you! I hope you like yours ...😁
Jeremy, have you asked Leo if the reduced airflow due to the filter will adversely affect the laser?

What do you clean your honeycomb with? I've never cleaned mine and it looks nasty.

Send me an email Dave htlcustoms.pro@gmail.com and yes Merv 6 for increasd airflow
Heck yeah! Happy for you Jeremy! I’ll be ordering one once we get the machine up and running.
@kwaks1979 awesome , thank you!
