You’ve got that thing looking 👀 SICK, Ive got a 2002 Montero Limited that we’ve had since it was new that I’m finally gonna start building. Great Job on yours.
👍👍👍 wow! nice & completely different!!! Enjoy it. My mine is an Pajero 3 gen, 2006 2.8 manual gear, Pro long wagon. We have a lot of respect for this car in Morocco. Hope to see others video from you soon 🙂.
Go Rhino Roof Rack; SRM500 I absolutely love this rack! Appreciate it! This rack is super cool cause it’s low profile and stupor high quality and they designed it to be able to add mounts very easily!
Yeah, I also want to know... I have Pajero 3, 2005, 3.2 DiD. I want to put on 33's and I want to know if 285/75 R16 fit good on original wheels? Original is 7J wide. How much are yours?

Bro, this looks sick! I currently have a gen 2.5 montero but I am considering getting a gen 3 like yours. I have been on many overlanding adventures and just hit 470k miles on mines. Once I hit 500k I think I'll let it rest. Anyways, I see you're putting in hard work and I feel I should mention about the intake butterfly delete. Idk what model year you have but I would look into it if I were you before you destroy the engine.
@@crustyoverlanding while you're at it, I would change spark plugs, spark plug wires and intake manifold gasket so you don't have to take it off again in the near future. (NGK is the brand our vehicle like)
Hey it seems I’m following your foot steps kind of- selling my trooper and I MAYBE getting a montero…. Are the stock montero wheels Hub centric? Did you need to buy the aluminum spacers? I’m wondering if my 2000 trooper wheels can potentially fit on 2003 montero limited? They have same bolt pattern… don’t want to worry about stupid spacers
i got a 2000 Mitsubishi Montero Sport Limited, its got the 4wd Manual Transfercase but im havin trouble finding upgrades for this Challenger... Any tips or info would be really helpful. i just dont want to take it to a customs shop its way more expensive if i do that.
I’m not sure about the sport because that’s the longer body one yeah? I don’t see too many people off-roading those but you might wanna try looking into forums. I wouldn’t know where to start
@@crustyoverlanding this imperticuler model was the last model to feature [4wd] after 2000 going into 2001 Mitsubishi went [Awd]. The 2000 Mitsubishi Montero Sport is a literal gemstone, a lot of people are looking for this year of the montero sport. It came with a E-Locker in the rear and limited Slip-Differetial in the front. It has the Manual Transfer Case with Rwd, 4-Lo and 4-Hi. It's actually better than most stock jeeps out there today, there is a lot of science in this specific year and model of the montero family just like the Pajero... The Montero sport has many nicknames but there are 2 that most know it by... The Challenger and The Shogun, engine and performance upgrades are actually pretty hard to come by for the 2000 Montero sport. I've looked at 100s of online sites for performance upgrades and engine upgrades and it's turning into a very long process. I wasn't expecting you to know much but hey bro thanks anyway, I just enjoyed watching yall rebuild that engine haha. Stay true and thanks for at least responding
Hey i love the look already got the lift kit waiting for my gas tank to comeback from the shop ( I personally think that everyone with a gen.3 should drop the tank and have it rust proof we have 3 gen 3 in the family 1 here in the U.S and 2 in the Caribbean this is my second tank i am doing the lines and tank gets rusted out real bad on top of the tank.) My question is what's the spec. on the rims you got what offset ....thanks
Did you have to make any modifications to the differential to use those size of tires? Or it can run with that tyre size without problem? I have a 3rd gen too, I already have the 1.5” lift kit, now I have to go for the tyres.
Looking amazing. I have a 2003 Montero. My second Montero. Best vehicle I have ever owned.
I absolutely love it!
