His new personality had THIS voice! LOL!
I worked with a guy like this in my 20's. He made us all work harder just to keep up. He wasn't trying to show anyone up, he was just a damn nice guy with an incredible work ethic. We called him "Hyperdine". Because of his contagious bravado 6 of us stayed with the company and were all eventually promoted to upper mgmt. We all started out changing tires. That was 35 years ago, and I think of him as a very important factor of my comfortable life. Thanks Hyperdine!
in the past hard work guaranteed a good life and promotions not anymore. I would not recommend anyone do overtime when you could be fired any day for no reason
