The ACTUAL Hardest Trail in Moab!

- This is the actual hardest trail in Moab, Utah, or so they say!?!? You tell us what you think. The Coyote Canyon trail is very short, only 0.6 miles but the terrain is tough and only a few people are allowed on the trail per day and only with a permit.

It is great to see a leaf-sprung Scrambler matching the performance of linked rigs on a tough trail. I loved the part where the Chubby Chaser hit his tail hard on a ledge....I used to hear that sound all the time before I bobbed my CJ8.
Love to see Chubby Chaser hanging with all the high $$$ rigs while still running leaf springs all around!
The junker made it through Coyote Canyon! I was definitely outgunned! There were a lot of really nice rigs there!
The $6,000 Scrambler wheeling with $90k JKs 😂😂😂
@@jeremyrose7541 Yous an O.G. Jeremy thats why
Not to mention the shackles are still on the front side of the spring, steering side frontend. Can we say darty on the highway, lol.
@@jeremyrose7541 It's great to show everyone that the old rigs have been doing this stuff for years and you can have fun with what you got! Reminds me of my first Jeep (CJ-7 that was no where as big as that) back when 35s were a huge trail tire and 44s only came on wannabe bigfoot pickups!
Pretty cool seeing a leaf sprung rig tackle it! Great cinematography Matt! You should do this for a living! 😂
I'm pretty sure my Jeep would have rolled over and played dead just to keep from going up that trail.
Buhhhaaa!!
I sure would have, don't want any more battle scars like Titan got.
This was definitely an awesome trail with a bunch of awesome people! I definitely felt lucky to be included. Big Thanjs to Rig Time for the invite🧡👊🧡
Ditto to that!👍
I love your ride! On of my favorites
Great video. Really shows how valuable a small rig with rear steer is in the rocks
Done it multiple times in the old pos XJ(pre permit days). Last time was in the rain, didn't seem that hard although I did smash my roof pretty good. The out on Upper Helldorado is much harder I thought.
rumor has it “grampa’s jeep “ did that trail , with no spotters .... 😆
And 31's!!!!!
@@jdsrcs8061 31's filled with helium
This was one of the best videos I watched in a long time. That green samurai was the best vehicle though...
Well thank you 😎👍 I do like it a lot
I can only say on thing about that little expedition “ impressive !”
He right, it does remind you of hammers... It's what I was thinking halfway through the video too.
I think it comes down to the old psychology experiment!
someone says, pulling up to boulders nearly as tall as the front of my Jeep and a lot of buggies got into some trouble!"
Next guy retells the tale, "he was pulling up to boulders taller than his Jeep and even buggies couldn't get out!"
Awesome trail, the rear steer buggy makes it look too easy, I gotta start building one of those!
I was just about to say that, rear steer is a game changer.
It would be one of the hardest recoveries for MORR if someone broke down on that trail . Thx for the vid. - Ken
Ladies and gentlemen.....now that is a trail. Good wheeling. Where are all the yotas at?
Looks pretty easy considering it only took 17 minutes and 44 seconds to complete.
😂🤣😂
Hey tory your buggy crawls nicely
Colt's Hooptie tearing it up! Must be the green paint that made the difference :)
Great stuff guys, love to see the CC hanging with the $ rigs
Hollie, Colt, Matt, oh_that_one dude! Dang, I should of got up early!!
Lolol
The zuki is the only one that will make it !! Lol !
So what's with bm instead of mm? Got to get to her site one a theses days again .. Looking good guys👍👍
Lake Havasu- ☀️ AZ
It's a fun trail for sure
How about a walk around and explanation of Colts rig? That thing is amazing!
5:09 Guy almost BLEEPIN FELL!
sooooo....it's like the Cove in Va....with grippy rocks....that are dry....lol
OMG HANDS DOWN THE BEST VIDEO OF OFF ROADING IVE EVER SEEN!!!! The noise these Jeeps make, and the bad ass look they have is more like a transformer, like the 90’s cartoon, then a vehicle! AWESOME VIDEO GUYS!
Crazy trail glad there where no break downs. Very happy to see Walter in the passenger seat of MISCHIEF MAKER. Your videos are awesome which mean NO SCORPION 😢 my first time responding to you guys
That does it. Next Moab trip 509FUN will be hitting coyote canyon on the dirtbikes🤘
Further down the road past area bfe, there is a trail called rear steer, aka big balls that is much harder and longer than Coyote canyon. Coyote is fun, but it is not the hardest. There are quite a few trails in area bfe that are harder as well.
Great stuff guys!!!!
Rear steer in Moab is about the same overal length. Rated a 10+ I believe.
BleepinJeep👈😉 *admiring photography skills* ☝😎 you do great filming & production editing. Thought was worth a mention
That how we thought all moab trails would be by the way people talk about them. When we got there we didnt even use lockers for most of the “hard” trails lol. Its like driving on sand paper out there.
Yeah definitely a good time! Probably one of my favorites in Moab. I want to look at rear steer and see how much worse it is. Our little TJ ate up coyote since we're small enough to manuever real well. Having it to yourself is awesome.
Great video Matt that was an awesome trail. Glad everyone came out OK. Any plans on coming up to Washington
We will be close when we come to Portland for the Gambler 500 but I don't think we have any plans to hit Washington just yet. In the future maybe👍
Ol Stephen Baynes. One of the best guys I’ve had the pleasure to ride Tellico ORV with. Hope he’s doing well out there.
Gnarly trail, sick vid 🤘🏼
Legend has it Grandpa started the trail in his 1958 cj3b flat fender Willy’s. Think he has a RUclips channel.
I’m surprised Holley is not running full hydro.
I like maintaining a physical link for now. Maybe in the next few years, I'll truss out the front axle and go full hydro!
get after it Chubby Chaser. all those rigs are amazing. hey Matt, what's the word on the commancheap? miss seeing that truck on the trails.
🔥🔥🔥
It was out there on this trip, just not this trail, check out 2 videos back...
@@bleepinjeep awesome thanks. truck is just badass. great to see you all having so much fun out here in the west.
When you see Adam roll up in Titan you know it’s gonna be good
now thats a fricken line wOw !!!!
That's some good stuff there boys and girls!!!
5:10 glorious save caught on camera 🤣
Pretty sweet jeeps man-O-man.
First off I love your channel Bleeping Jeep! and I don't mean to go off on you. But 10-15 years ago a slightly modified daily driver could do most of the harder trails in the Moab area on 31-33's with open diff's! Now 37-40's are necessary! So does that mean in 10 years we will be on 65"s ? Trail closures are eminent and permanent!! I sincerely get the pushing the limit, but wonder where it ends?
All day lol, that took like 20 minutes 😅
Colt makes it look so easy
Go the Zook!
Nice trail .... those Pit Bulls seemed to work great
Beautiful trail love the buggy
Wow! Didn't know Chubby Chaser was a leaf spring rig. Props! Great video 😜
Well that trail was disappointing. Oh well, great footage.
Great video guys!
i don't know, driving back from Moab Brew can be a pretty rough ride
I wonder if you guys could make it up to Panamint ?
That trail just became a a 9.5..
Great video!!!!
Kracken too!!! Jeze! I missed out!!
Nice vídeo, monsters Motors🏁
✌Tijuana BC🇲🇽😎here
green jeep may want some limiting straps
Hollie is the queen master of throttle control.
That’s crazyyyy
Now that’s a proper trail.....awesome 👍👍👍
Always love seeing the chubby chaser
🤣😂🤣 she is a junker 😂🤣
I like um that way
“Colt says there’s a line” LMAO
If a giant rock on the edge of cliff is a line, then I guess there’s a line. Otherwise I don’t see it 😅
Now the whole internet knows about it. I ran that in my 4runner back in 2006
Those Grocery Getter Jeeps will go anywhere for milk and eggs.
Rear Steer is actually the hardest trail in Moab. It's located next to Coyote Canyon.
Do a video on what tires you use and tires that you like!!!
Is the chubby chaser a cj8? Or cj7 with scrambler roof?
It's a real CJ8
@@Bleepincolt that’s a cool find. In jersey I’ve only seen like 2 ever
Looks fun
I didn't think Pritchett was hard at all. Need to check this trail out next time.
Nice video...What size tires does Chubby Chaser have?
43" Sticky Mickeys
@@Bleepincolt just looked it up on Revkit...Looking into 43s myself...
Do you know what size of shocks he has on it?
Mine are just over 14 in travel. Also I can't say enough about my Sticky Mickeys
What tires are those on chubby chaser
The Mickey Thompson sticky Mickeys Pro-X 43😬😬
Upper Helldorado is way harder.
That looks insane
What axles is he running under the rear steer buggy I can't tell? I need him to do a walk around so I can get some more info on it now that's its finished and on the trails I wanna build one very similar and his is like the perfect size/proportions.
Rear steer is harder and just up the road about 2-3 miles
@6:00 minuets you can see the rubber getting peeled from those stickey Mickeys .
seems like there should be dozens if not hundreds of similar trails around moab.
It always looks easier on camera lol
In case anyone is wondering that is not a trial.. that is a “hey how far do you think we will make it up that way before we have to turn around?” Lol
I think I'll just stick to Fins n Things and Hells Revenge. They're plenty tough for me!
Why is there little footage of the red Jeep on swampers ?
Maybe he was too fast for me to catch him 🤪
@@bleepinjeep just what I thought , swampers for the win
Ready to rock was the name of that jeep but spelled a little different😂
Glad to see Jeremy and Holly.
Yes yes!!!🧡🧡🧡
hey 😀💙💙
Look Fun!
Thanks Bleep. Lets do it again!
😎
Great trail.
Bet my 2006 Jeep Liberty would have made it
😅
Not only that, but I'd then jump in my mother's 2012 Jeep Liberty and make it up there too! Just need to put on a set of 235/70/16's on it.
Great vid as always! But defiantly not the hardest trail in Moab
I see my buddy John, rde2rok mixed in there.
We are planning an event that only allows 33" tires. no matter what the rig is...we will find out who has it and who..does not!
wonder if 37s on a eb could make it..
Mischief Maker cheated had a helping hand from God at 4:11 tied directly to her winch 😛
Is John from CRAWL wearing a do rag? 15:30
How does it compare to BFE
This may be a silly question for all of you guys and gals but how many of these rigs were automatic?
I think all but Colt and Jeremy's rigs were auto. Colt and Jeremy have manual transmissions.
@BleepinJeep thank you so much, especially for actually getting back to me and it being so quick!!! You guys must have thousands of people asking questions. I can only imagine you must have 24/7 in house tech support and moderators. Thanks again.
Hay why does colts rig sound like it whines just started watching u guys don't know what's in it thanks
Zukis for life ! Sick zuki buggy rig !! Zukis piss on jeeps ! Lol haha !
i am into radio can you ask the guy in the silver jeep with the orange roll bar to do a video on his jeep and show the radio gear i am into ham radio i mite be able to help these guy find antenna for there rigs i can tune the antenna with my vhf rig exspert AA 170 AS LONG THERE radio vhf i can custom build j pole antenna or make a beam for base operation for more range to the mobile
I run a CB radio and a UHF. But I'm thinking I'm going to change it up to a UHF VHF combo. My biggest thing is getting an antenna that's going to work for me and get the most out of that rig. You sound like an expert in the way you talk you might just be the one that can help me..
You need a good vhf uhf antenna call any ham radio outlet store check out the icon 9700 if you have a ham licsence
@@jeremyrose7541 try to make your antenna solid mounted not a mag mount so it dont fall off put it on top in the center of the roof or on the center of your roll bar
Who is the blue big jeep that the girl drives
