    I sleep with my phone in the other room, and I can't make it out the window. I've retreated as far as I can. Pew pew

    My neighbour went off his meds and onto meth and became violently crazy and fixated on me for no reason, and I was supposed to testify against him in court and wait 3 or 4 months for them to do anything about it. I told the landlord i am in danger and they paid him to leave. Courts offer very little practical justice or safety for victims

    ...because Canadian law supersedes natural law. The ridiculousness of it. That I inevitably need someone's permission to defend myself from attack. What a country this has become.

    Another great video Mike, I have learnt quite a lot. Question: What if you are challenged to duel? What if the person declared war upon you and Canada? In a bar or street whatever. What if that person is just a 10 year old child and cant be charged?

    The law is unsatisfactory and Canadians, especially in rural areas are on their own when it comes to protecting themselves.

      He addressed this at the end of the video, and it sounds like the question is yes you can use whatever force is readonable to defend your home. I imagine you’d have to act quite unreasonably to get in trouble in such a situation.

      we get charged with murder in Canada lol, but if you act reasonably and can pay a lawyer and the judge is in a good mood and the moon and stars align and you say a prayer to all the gods, then ya you got a shot. I'm just joking btw, but watch more of this guys videos. 1. Acted Reasonable 2. Was their an opportunity to flee. 3. Did you meet or exceed the force being threatened towards you 4. I think even stature and physical capability/gender play a role. do what joe Biden suggested "shoot em in the leg" lol jk

    would you guys recommend going to law school at 28 years of age? or is it too late for me?

    • @FocusBeDrifting
      @FocusBeDrifting 3 месяца назад +1

      its never to late to do anything in life, but you gotta get real about commitment. Just think of the number of people went to become doctors but, med school is so long how many actually make it? Just be real with yourself and your goals.

      @@FocusBeDrifting You don't know what you're talking about. There's all kinds of actual discrimination in the job market and one of them is age discrimination. I'm sure if you come from a privileged background that it wouldn't matter, but don't bank your last few opportunities for social mobility on a path where you will be handicapped in competing in.

      @@FocusBeDrifting Because you are treated differently in the job market when you are in your 30s, especially if you don't have prior job experience in your field. Nobody cares about the work you did as a student, even though you were basically paying to do it instead of being paid.

      @@vovin8132 you have to go to school to become a lawyer tho, plus imo the older you get the less people care about age imo. Age = exp = value
