But as a self defender and self representer I know my rights, I have access to information... Evaluate your case and decide. In my case they didn't have a chance to even bring it to a trial. Why would I want to enter into any piece bond? By entering into a piece bond you plead guilty. But I am innocent until proven guilty in a court of justice. And I don't have any obligations to witness against myself...

if you ever wanna do a podcast or interview id be interested. i have quite a story about getting ripped off and dropped by lawyers and wether to enter peacebonds taking deals going to trail... I don't have legal aide I've been charged 3 times in 3 years from the same girl. one got a peace bond then a year later I got 2 more charges my lawyer lead me to beleave we could get the charge dropped threw a meeting with the crown I did some research and Ontario says it can only be dropped in trial I called her on it and she dropped me, I now have a new lawyer and we have a trail scheduled but in relation to this video I am curious if my old peace bond shows up on my criminal record im trying to get hired onto a fire dept and that's one reason I don't want to get charged, are justice system is super intimidating and so is trying to find a lawyer I absolutely respect the way you work sir I hope more lawyers get on board with your informal approach I've given my hole life savings and been mentally shoved into the darkest place of my life and it all since court started lol getting arrested was easy I cant beleave how expensive and hard it is to deal with something so serious. any who I really appreciate the info some people have spent hours on the phone and paid a lot of money to know these simple things thank you kindly !!!
My husband dead for 3 1/2 years. Woman tells me n other people she knew him ‘very well’. It’s hurtful, she was telling a therapist at my hospital about her relationship with my dead husband within ear shot of myself. I want it to stop. It’s affecting myself deeper into depression. Can I make her stop legally?
Hows the affidavit child support order review work? Is that an effective thing or is it just a review paper that does not mean much? Also there is a peace pond in place but goes against what we are doing at the moment..how can that help me. As I have court tomrrow for peace bond to see if they I'll need one.
Not only in the Police car computer, it remains in the System even if your case is closed, you're acquitted and records have to be destroyed by law and you received a confirmation from PD in writing of the docs and fingerprprints destruction.

With the new firearm laws, firearms can be confiscated if you've been subjected to a peace bond.
