hey mate, I am a regular customer of popcultcha, I just ordered some funko pops from you, and 1 of them come in defect (visible scratches on the face, and blury painting at the border of the hair and the face). I have messaged customer services, christopher got back to me offering $5 coupon or refund with my own cost. I have written a quite long email, including the popcultcha damage policy ( i know that funko pop is a mass produced toys), and I have asked why he didnt offer me free return post and exchange the item with a new one but popcultcha can send this new one on my next order (I would definitely be happy with this). However, Christopher clearly does not care about this. and then he just said he closed the ticket and the $5 has been credited to my account. I have been in contact with popcultcha customer services some time before and this is the worst treatment that I got. I he could not even address what the company wrote on the term and condition, he should give it to other customer services who can address this issue, instead of just closing the ticket
