    Een zeer duidelijke video waarop verschillende en ongebruikelijke manieren waarop je de gelli plate kunt afdrukken wordt getoond. Een vlotte wijze van je achtergrond maken tot het bijwerken van patronen waardoor het meer iets van jezelf wordt. Top!

      Hey wat leuk om te horen! In mijn nieuwste video laat ik je zien hoe deze pagina er nu uitziet. Ik ben benieuwd wat je ervan vindt! Bedankt voor je complimenten in ieder geval.

      Thank you very much Emma! I'm using the Ranger media journal here (Dina Wakley series), unfortunately they have stopped producing these, they only sell kraft paper journals now. Here's a link: amzn.to/3UNvGtS

    I love your work! Did you make the journal with the cloth, or did you add cloth to a ready made journal?

    • @luzartworks
      @luzartworks  5 месяцев назад +1

      It is a journal with burlap and cotton inside... but... in this case I removed a 'failure' page and added the fabric/jeans page myself. So, maybe one of my next books will be completely hand made by me.
      Thank you for watching the video.

    Ola Luz !!
    Ce n'est pas sympa...cela fait longtemps que j'ai envie d'en acheter !!!
    Je sais que je vais craquer un jour, pour utiliser toutes ma peinture ( des caisses ) d'huile, acrylique, aquarelle...)
    En ce moment c'est la page blanche. Plus envie, plus d'idée
    En plus, je culpabilise...
    Avant , on me disait que j'avais une idée toutes les secondes, quand je travaillais, maintenant,j'en ai une tous les ans.
    Cela doit être super à faire.
    J'en rêve, mais j'ai des tonnes de papiers dans un atelier, j'ai pris une salle de bain et le garage.
    En fait, il faut que je me concentre sur une seule chose à faire.
    Tu as très bien réussi tes exemples.
    Tu sais ce qu'il me manque pour me dynamiser, ce sont des élèves comme avant
    Toute seule, je n'ai plus de punch
    Je sais que je vais l'acheter.....
    Merci pour ta gentillesse et ta bonne humeur
    Je t'embrasse
    A très bientôt
    Michèle

      Chère Michèle, merci pour votre message détaillé. Nous sommes désolés que vous ne soyez pas inspiré en ce moment. Peut-être que cela aide de suivre un cours ou de commencer à peindre avec d'autres personnes en groupe. Ensuite, vous pouvez commencer sur une base hebdomadaire. Je vois souvent cela avec mes étudiants. Ils ne se mettent pas à peindre à la maison ou ont du mal à se lancer, alors qu'ici, dans l'atelier, ils créent toujours quelque chose. La plaque gelli est fortement recommandée, surtout si vous voulez vous débarrasser de toute votre peinture et de votre papier ! A bientôt, embrasse Marloes

    What was that rolling tool you used to add texture in this video? Similar to tree rings?

    • @luzartworks
      @luzartworks  5 месяцев назад

      I don't know what's the name of it... will look for you if I can find something. We found it in the house of Anthony's mum (my mother in law). It's for creating tree rings indeed.

    First pull, way too much paint! Anything that is not sharp is to be used on a gel plate, there is no need to buy tools to make marks on it! We all use everyday objects, string, elastics, fabric, cardboard, plant materials etc.!

    • @luzartworks
      @luzartworks  5 месяцев назад

      Thanks for the tips! I totally agree with you; daily life things are the best stamping materials. I never tried elastics! In this case, there was a student who brought some stencils to the tstudio that all of us used. It can be fun too, but is not necessary. Have you ever designed your own stencils? That's fun too!

      @@luzartworks yes, I have made stencils with a glue gun on a silicone mat, then use them on the plate. I have used acrylic packaging plastic to cut masks, made texture plates by cutting craft foam or felt into shapes and glueing them onto blocks of cardboard or styrofoam packaging. The net bags that oranges come in are great, sponges, crumpled paper bags, waxed paper or aluminum foil will all make interesting textures for layering. It’s endless! That’s why it’s so addictive!

    • @luzartworks
      @luzartworks  5 месяцев назад

      That sounds cool! I’ve been making them on carton or plastic folders.
