- Alex unboxes the Arduino Nicla Sense ME: a tiny, 2-gram powerhouse packed with high-end motion and environment sensors, plus Bluetooth LE. Designed to empower TinyML machine learning at the edge, this is the sibling to last week's feature, the Nicla Vision (link below).

Nice review. The price is over $70 and you said that was not bad. I know it has a lot of sensors but they are kind of common, M4 microcontrollers are around $4 so I don't really see how how the parts add up to the price. Would you mind helping me understand?
Agreed.
Just because some sensors are "common" doesn't mean they cost pennies.
BHI260AP $10.45
BMP390 $4.50
BME688 $12.90
NRF52832 $4.99
Have you taken considerations to the costs of labor, the embedded AI, and possibly shipping and handling costs? Also, the super low priced sensors you can find in some places are priced that low due to one of two reasons: high efficiency or labor malpractice.
Super cool. But with the BME688 all you can tell is that there is some, maybe harmful, gas in the air but you can't tell what it is.
If you dont know what it is, how can you tell if its harmful? Or is it just measuring variability from some normal atamosphere?
@@sohaibarif2835 Look at the BME688's datasheet. I love Bosch's datasheets. They are always super detailed and easy to read.
🚀
cool =)
Ich arbeite ein einem Projekt mit 11 Sensoren und ein Procesor. Die kosten liegen unter 30 Euro. Das hier ist viel zu teuer. Wurde ich nie kaufen!
waste of money! just get an esp32
