    Love your videos. I do the beginner exercises and pool noodle workout every day and do see and feel a difference, however, as a senior, I can't seem to tone the tummy enough. Any future videos on abdominal work? Thanks!

    I’m in physical therapy post foot surgery. I can’t wait to get back in the pool when I’m in the clear to do so! I love your videos!!
