    Lol that flir cam with the attic opening... It really is like crawling UP into hell... 75/80 is still a beautiful work environment for an attic but that was just beautiful...I can't wait for ac season

    Looks like the condenser couldn't breathe. The thermal image was a big help.

    That red wire on the contactor looked burnt also and loose. Not sure if you saw that.

    Great video! At 11:11 a dry clean is great! The large pieces of dirt have to go first.

    With the dust that accumulates in the southwest, i have to backflush condensers, change filters on all the ac units. From the cars, to the house and the trailers at the very minimum twice annually. The house ac gets plugged from the gardeners almost weekly.

      It works well in heavy commercial when pinpointing electrical hot spots

    All of that dirt was from the gardening (gardener) weed Wacker, lawnmower and leaf blower while the condenser is running sucking in the crap from the garden etc.

    You should have a gallon pump sprayer with pesticide for ants, roaches, bees...ect. you will always run into insects...ect

      I wouldn't charge extra, but I'll make more money on the backend because I'll be more efficient
