The Carnivore Diet is not a weight loss diet. That is only one benefit that is actually at the very bottom of the list. Your body will begin to heal itself when you give it the proper fuel and get out of the way. Your inflammation will disappear, brain fog will go away, and there are too many to list. Your glaucoma can be cured if the inflammation is the cause of it. And you need a WHY, mine was sick and tired if being sick and tired. My wife and I had to make a run to staples and saw two young guys with backpacks filling up with goods and walking out like it’s nothing so I ran to the front to see if I can stop them and the lady told me we have to let them go we can’t stop them I couldn’t believe it she then told me they can steal up to 900.00 bucks and can get away with it. Watching Tim’s great videos when he’s in Walmart and everything is locked up it’s a shame.
Be careful, if you see someone up to illegal activity and tell the business security officer or a store employee, you could be the one prosecuted for violation of the criminal rights these days. The businesses can't do anything as long as you have a "democrat" as your county district attorney....they set them free with no recourse or action...it's out of control and it just keeps happening, California is the perfect example 😥😕🙄
You was talking about they were having trouble with the rest rooms in a drug store with drug use, I worked at one time in a city bus station and part of my job was security. There was a overdose by a boy in the restroom. They had to close the restrooms. I had a key but could only let bus drivers or other personal if they chose to use those restrooms. I got holy H from the passengers. They would tell me they have to furnish restrooms for the passengers. Managment told me that they checked with their lawyers, and it was legal. Its a shame these days because of some bad characters making it hard on others.

Hi Tim. I sorry if this gets long but i think it's important. Yes you are getting conflicting opinions and it does get confusing, so here goes I am 64 and have been carnivore for about 4 years now. Without making this long winded some people quit because there body is adapting to burning fat instead of carbs and they do not give the body time to make the adjustment. once you adjust in about 2 weeks I promise you wont have cravings anymore for carbs and you wont even be hungry to snack! just stick to it, eat lots of fats with your meat like quality butter and drink water please add quality real salt to your water its extremely important your body needs 2 full teaspoons every day. and yes you can look it up. It is ok our bodies easily flush out excess . I am specifcally saying salt not sodium! there is more but i will stop here for now! good luck my friend
Yes. I get Celtic Salt from Amazon and put it in my water pitcher every day. I think it has 86 minerals or so in it. I never cramp up or need to spend extra money on any electrolytes.
There is a you tube channel called Living Traditions Homestead and this man healed himself with the Keto diet. Him and his wife still on it too. They discuss all about it and what lead them to it etc... pretty cool story from an amzing Christian couple.

There is not one study out there anywhere that says we as homo sapiens sapiens, which is what we are, need fiber to live. Please supply the study. I can not find one, and I have researched it thoroughly. However, I have found plenty of studies that have shown that vegetables are toxic. All sprayed with toxins and glyfacines are the ones we eat today. It is also a big cause of all of our inflammation issues as everyone seems to lose their mobility when we age. This is not normal. We should all be living into our 100s . These are just my opinions from my research.
I would suggest to not skip meals because letting your hunger get to where you’re ravenous can make you want to give in on your quest to stay strict with carnivore. It’s a tough one to stick with, I tried it and got tired of eating the same things all the time, needed more variety. Wishing you luck! 😊

The Gulf waters are hot,high 80s,and there is impressive energy uptake+ towering convection. Regardless of if it becomes a 🌀, this will be another tremendous rain event for just flooded areas. Because of a very large blocking high pressure front in northern Gulf, this may ride another rail , into Tampa Bay (Sarasota ) or south,as of now. The longer this sits in hot Gulf,it's like dropping fuel rods into a Nuclear reactor... tremendous energy production. If I were in potentially flooding areas of impact, I would move north,into like Jacksonville area,and not ho farther north into areas impacted by 🌀Helene,like Georgia...

I found the label online and it says zero sugars and no carbs. The flavors are in the bean roasting process not actually added to the coffee. 😊😊
