Hi Tim When Kerrygold butter was taken off the shelves due to toxins and claims not being fully grass fed, I researched via RUclips videos😂 They likely corrected the issues now it is back on the shelves. Truly is a grass fed butter from Ireland is available at Publix and Harris Teeter. It received good reviews. Good luck on your search for food on The Carnivore Diet.

If there's a RaceTrac in your part of Florida, you would love their buffalo boiled eggs. Usually by the salads and sandwiches. I was there the other day and noticed 5 guys in line to pay and each one had a package of these bright orange things which I thought were large persimmons or something. So I saw that they were eggs and asked the guy in front of me if they were good. He said they were delicious and a great source of protein. These guys were landscapers and certainly needed the protein to get through their long, hot day. I haven't tried these eggs yet, but I plan to.

I have been keto/carnivore for 10 years with intermittent fasting. Did the lion diet for 30 days once. Never felt better or younger. It not only will help you drop that 20 pounds (many have lost hundreds), but you will feel amazing and possibly help with your back issues. Anyone who puts down carnivore, most likely has not even tried it. Give it at least 30 days if you are tempted to quit. You might even feel worse for a while during your body's transition. Good luck. And then in the morning I pour it over ice. I had some drops of Stevia and heavy cream, and I’m good to go.
Heavy whipping cream is the richest dairy product you can buy. Twice the fat content of 1/2 & 1/2. You can whip it into whipped cream with an electric mixer.
Tim, my parents use a bacon tray like that! Cooks great Bacon, but hard to clean after it gets older. Another idea is a basket style air fryer. They do a great job and cleanup is easier. 😊😊❤😊
