This is a very easy recipe for lemon pound cake.
It is very quick to prepare, just mix everything together and put it in the oven.
Just 4 ingredients, minimum time and a great cake is done

Ingredients:
Mix the zest of one lemon and one cup of sweetened condensed milk ( 250ml )
3 eggs
Flour 1 and 1/4 cups (170g)
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. and 1/2 tsp. salt
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Line a 9x5 inch (24x13 cm) baking pan with parchment
Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 340F ( 170C )
