Caravanning Off Grid at Rutland Water

Join us on our first attempt at caravanning off grid, this is totally new to us and will be a learning experience, will it go to plan and will we have enough power, let's see how we get on.
Just a bit of background, our caravan came supplied with a 150W solar panel, we have fitted a 100ah AGM battery and have two gas bottles, one is nearly empty at the start of this trip.
The only extra thing we took with us was an extra Aquaroll economy so that if the water ran out mid showers it would be easy to swap over.
