Somehow Ray was even more of a manchild on KoQ than on ELR. Doug (who clearly never grew up past his high school athlete stage) must have had that influence on him.
Carrie was a much better character who can hold her own storylines. Leah did a great job with the character. I rarely find the wives on sitcoms interesting or funny but she was funny without it always being at Doug’s expense.
8:14 Another episode where they show the true nature of MOST NYPD cops, actually most cops in general. They did it in the episode where Carrie gets pulled over for speeding or something. Then the cop calls her for a date! Good for the writers for putting it out there. Im sometimes embarrassed to say i was one. When i see shit like this it. It's embarrassing, but true unfortunately.
7:10 ANOTHER example of NYPD at their finest! Great for the writers and producers showing this. They have done this in other episodes. Like when Carrie got pulled over and the cop called for a date and there has been other episodes of cops being assholes. I can't name all of them, but I'm sure you've seen them. I mean not all cops but there are so many shit birds out there. Good for them showing it
