One set consists of 12 petal ribbons, which can be changed to three or four different colors. I mean One set is 6 piecese and 2 colors. However, 4 pieces each will be 3 colors.

Glad you are making more video's. Can you make these lei's with any type of ribbon, or even like burlap?
The softer the material the harder to fold and harder to retain the shape of a petal. Never tried burlap, but I suspect it might fray a lot.

About 360 ribbons, cut into 2.5 inch pieces, are needed.
Was that 360 ribbons each color or the total ribbons combined?
How many yards of satin ribbon would i need to make a 36" - 38" lei
I have never measured yards just cutting. Maybe 25 yards of each color would be enough.
