I cannot tell you how happy I am to have found a copy of the vinyl that includes the foreboding electronic build-up to the private estate on the beach, where it shows the darkening coast and all of thr security cameras that will always just _barely_ miss glimpses of the oncoming phantoms...
This-THIS-was the very first Horror Movie that I ever saw in a Theater. The year was 1982, and man...this movie just about made me sick! The parts that made me squirm, and that gave me the most horrendous shocks were as follows-1:Nathan Grantham's corpse, now a zombified revenant, coming up out of his grave, and killing everybody in his path! 2:The Crate Monster. Him eating 3 people...well, two people, and Wilma, truly made me squirm! Then comes this one-3:Mr. Upson Pratt, which ended up being a tasty meal for what looked like the proverbial Million Cockroaches! Man-Back then, seeing the Movie for the first time, and dreading, not knowing what would happen next, was the worst! I was kinda mixed about whether I should just throw up in my Popcorn, or just run out of the Theater! I stayed, and toughed it out, though, and this remains one of my favorite Horror Movies to this day!

Really hard hitting dark and punishing synth that forbodies these stories of irony and revenge in this movie so well
Fantastic soundtrack by John Harrison, who absolutely stunned everyone with the score from Day of the Dead.
