About the instrumental and vocal added parts - it's good to know they recorded their orchestral and vocal back tracks with prestigious institutions as London Philharmonic Orchestra. London's The Metro Voices choir group and London's Young Musicians Children's Choir as their regular partners. Since this is your first Nightwish reaction, it is my duty to give you the [updated] short history of the band concentrated by Ann Waychoff, one of the biggest Nightwish fan who has since passed away (and I am doing this in her memory): " Nightwish was started in 1996.They are considered a Symphonic Metal band, with a female main singer. They are from Finland. Tuomas Holopainen, the keyboard player, composes and writes the lyrics for 95% of their music. [The 1st Bassist of the band was Sami Vanska, he was with them until 2001. The 2nd one was Marco Hietala, as Bassist and vocals, since 2001 to 2020. He recently announced his retirement both from the band and the public life for the next year at least - we'll see what the future brings to us. Then very recently (May 2021) Jukka Koskinen became the 3nd Bassist of the band, for at least the Human :II: Nature tour] And there is the guitarist Emppu Vuorinen . Then there is Troy Donockley from UK who is a multi-instrumentalist and vocals. Jukka Nevalainen is the drummer. In 2015 due to Jukka's health issues Kai Hahto became the drummer and as of now is a permanent addition. Nightwish has had three singers. 1st one was Tarja Turunen (Operatic vocals) - you just heard her. She was with them until 2005. The 2nd one was Anette Olzon from Sweden (Poppy, strong vocals). She was with them until 2012.The 3rd and current singer is Floor Jansen, from Netherlands (power, operatic, soprano.....most versatile). Thanks for the great reaction, I only hope next time you react to their live performances, they are so much better as their studio versions especially with their new vocalist Floor Jansen (she is dutch) the queen of metal. It starts with Wacken 2013 the first big concert (82.000 people) with Floor (included this song). And all songs from this concert will blow you away especially Ghost Love Score. Many of the fans on here prefer the latest singer Floor Jansen who can sing any style whereas this is first singer, Tarja, very operatic who performed on first five albums, second singer, Annette, was very poppy had two albums. Worth listening to their concert at Wacken 2013 with latest singer Floor who slays it.And it's a great video with 82,000 crowd.

Following the success of Beste Zangers show, Floor performed a series of solo concerts in the Netherlands in early 2020 with songs from her entire career (After Forever, Revamp, Northward, Nightwish, Beste Zangers) following that the last and the largest concert, at AFAS Amsterdam, to be professionally recorded and broadcast online, with the support of a crowdfunding campaign. After several rescheduling, due to the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, the concert took place at the beginning of September 2021 in 3 consecutive days. Thanks for the great reaction, I only hope next time you react to their live performances, they are so much better as their studio versions especially with their new vocalist Floor Jansen (she is dutch) the queen of metal. It starts with Wacken 2013 the first big concert (82.000 people) with Floor (included this song). And all songs from this concert will blow you away especially Ghost Love Score. Well done guys. Had to start somewhere. Many of the fans on here prefer the latest singer Floor Jansen who can sing any style whereas this is first singer, Tarja, very operatic who performed on first five albums, second singer, Annette, was very poppy had two albums. Worth listening to their concert at Wacken 2013 with latest singer Floor who slays it.And it's a great video with 82,000 crowd.
