    I think this reaching with the arm doing all the work instead of engaging other parts of the body is why my shoulderblade had enough and got hurt. I'm being really mindful now with reaching movements. This should be taught to everyone!! Thank you for this 🙏😊

      shoulders start at hips:) Conventional exercises train us well to compartmentarize our bodies and move such way, but we're not compartmentarized parts. We are the integrated whole one, and every part is connected, and we are really designed to move in an integrated way.

    Exactly what I needed recently I noticed that I use my bicep to much while reaching which in turn made my shoulder move forward.

    Ive kearnt so much about not isolating my movements its very helpful and a bit hard at times, old habits die hard 😊🍀
