I think the sound is magnificent. Good work. I like some of the gospel “licks” you added. Stylistically appropriate and exciting playing. Good tempo.

Please keep in mind that this instrument is unknown to many outside of Philadelphia and that it would be nice to at the very least identify the instrument and possibly put the specification of it in the description but again, at the very least identify the builder. Thanks, well played indeed!

Judging from the monster console & suspicious-looking grill clothes on the sides, I would guess that it's a hybrid,
mostly digital, but with some ranks from a previous pipe organ. I think the smaller plaque says Aeolian-Skinner, "digitally remastered".
It sounds very electronic to me, and I think the console was built by Colby.

You secretly know something about this instrument! Last night (4.14) I spoke to a friend who happens to be the Philadelphia AGO Dean to request a stoplist since the organ isn't even mentioned on the church website and low and behold much to my great surprise, I've been fooled! This organ isn't a hybrid, it's 100% a full digital Walker Technical Organ and yes, that's a Colby console. Bravo to Bob Walker and company! The stoplist is impressive. Walker Technical is the finest digital organ in the world and definitely in this country. This is a must play for me.

      @@bhigdaddymark I was only guessing,
but I WAS right about the sound!
I find it incredibly tacky that they have an Aeolian-Skinner plaque on the console, when nothing from that venerable company is still there.
It IS a nice console though, other than that.

My eyes wouldn't allow me to read the name plate. Walker owns the Aeolian-Skinner name and their organs are largely Ernest M. Skinner and Aeolian-Skinner sampled and the Aeolian-Skinner samples are probably 80%-90% samples of G. Donald Harrison era organs from 1946-1956 hence their sounding so good and eons ahead of their competition. They're the best option when the church doesn't have the space, funds or maintenance funds for a pipe organ despite whatever the "purists" think and say. If I HAD to go digital, it would be Walker.

Are there pipes behind the minimalistic grill work to the left and right of tht console on the walls?
