He should not have been 'allowed' to resign: he should have been charged with assault, and abuse of authority. He ALSO should be placed on a National Registry, and NEVER allowed a badge and gun again.

It’s was great but all you auditors thinks that filing a IA complaint is the end. The only way to get accountability is to file a sworn criminal complaint and hand it to the DA. The DA has to take it to a grand jury according to CCP 2.03. If the DA fails to present to the GJ the DA has committed a crime and now you file a SCA on the DA and mail it to the grand jury.

Exactly. We want a refund. Or use the money we already have given you for training, to actually train. And STFU about more money.
They should actually have to pass exams to retain qualifications. Every 6 months? At the minimum 1 per year. Test them on the constitution, property lines, RAS and PC, public photography/free press, ect.
If you can't pass, try again in the next testing period. Until then you are not qualified for service. These guys would become professional almost instantly if they knew that their jobs were actually on the line.

And yet, everyone keeps saying "they just need more training"... NO, they need to go to jail and lose their pensions. They are bestowed with The People's authority, it is not THEIR authority they are abusing, it's OURS. I wish more people would see these bad cops, and the cops that looks the other way in the face of these bad cops, as thieves, defrauding the public. The taxpayers PAID for all the training he received, so to violate ALL that training should come out of his paycheck.

This is a perfect example of how body cam footage should be immediately available but it will be withheld and redacted for years ( or forever ) until the public has hopefully forgotten and moved on. Actually they don't need any more training for they have sworn an oath to the "Cause I said so law" as listed in the 21st
Century Tyrants Manual on Policing for the Modern Age. Reference Chapter 1, sections 2a and 2b.

What happened in your case? Must have been a pile of evidence if he went through the trouble of leaving and going one dept over lol. Gypsy cops are like a moving cancer.
